- Choco - During approximately 60 minutes, you’ll get to experience a selection of the best chocolates made in the area paired with local premium rum. Here’s what you’ll get: 3 glasses of 1oz of the same rum at different ages, each coming with 2 pieces of chocolate that pairs well with that specific rum. In total, 3 glasses of rum and 6 pieces of chocolate. All our products are gluten free, dairy free and vegan. All our chocolates may have been in contact with nuts. For any other allergies, intolerances or diets, please reach out before booking to validate if we can accommodate.

Additional Information
Around the world, we are becoming more and more familiar with the “bean to bar” chocolat. This is when a chocolate maker buys the cacao beans to transform it into chocolate. The chocolate we offer goes a step further, the further it can actually go: tree to bar. Cacao grows in Costa Rica and the chocolate we work with comes from cacao trees that are within 30km from our boutique.
We did a diligent work in finding the perfect chocolate that goes with each rum we serve. Get ready to experience chocolate like never before!

Chocolate & Wine = Self-Care! - I loved this experience! It was nice to have a calm moment to taste the different types of chocolate and wines that are native to CR. The owner of this shop was super friendly and knowledgeable! If you are looking to purchase chocolate in PV, this is also a great place to support! Gratitude!

Tasty - Very nice tasting session with different chocolates and rum with an emphasis on the chocolate.
Roy was great at explaining to us the different chocolates.
Was hugely impressed by the textures and flavors.

Amazing stop - We had an amazing time here!!!
Tasted rum and chocolate. Learned a lot and had a lot of fun. Really a great experience in Puerto Viejo.
I make chocolate bonbons myself so was a lot of fun to share knowledge and talk about chocolate for a while :)
Can buy ALL kinds of chocolate here, even kinds I didn't know existed!
