We were able to see such Amazing sites with the volcanos, waterfalls, different lakes, walks on the beach, boat ride and a delightful lunch! Carlos is an Excellent driver, got us safely where we needed to go and had walking sticks to walk up near the volcano! We highly recommend both Cami and Carlos for your tour needs, you won’t be disappointed!

Great way to see Osorno - Such an amazing tour to see Mount Osorno and the surrounding areas! Small group, comfortable van with safe driver. Best part was our guide Camilla, who did a great job explaining everything in English to our family. You know a tour is great when the kids are sad it's over! Highly recommend this tour!

Volcanoes, lakes and falls, this is a must do. - Great introduction to the volcanoes rivers and lakes surrounding Puerto Varas. Our lovely guide was knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The bus was comfy, and the lunch location very pretty. I definitely recommend doing the optional boat tour, and the (expensive but worth it) optional chairlift up Osorno volcano

Beautiful scenery and an excellent guide - Everything we visited on the tour was worth it. The views around Lake Llanquihué, the Osorno Volcano, the Petrohué jumps and the navigation through Lake All Saints had great beauty. I want to highlight the magnificent work of our guide Camilla. Throughout the tour he was informing us in detail of what we were visiting, also of the history, fauna and vegetation. Always trying to keep our attention and creating a good atmosphere in the group. Thank you Camilla

Book for an incredible day - It was an amazing day, Camila is an amazing guide (and the sweetest person), Carlos is a very good driver and very kind! The day is a little expensive with all the added expanses (park entry, lunch, boat ride, etc) but it is 100% worth it to have Camila. We visit a lot of nice places and the amount of time at each is perfect!

Very good walk. - Very good walk. The guide Alexis is very kind, cheerful and available. The rise to the Osorno volcano and the visit to the heels of Petrohue are wonderful. Being on top of the Osorno was an indescribable experience. We only suggest that the organizing company add, to the guidelines on the site, that the tourist wear sunscreen and wear clothes for the possibility of the occurrence of extreme cold, even in the summer. We took the tour on January 17, a sunny and mild day in Puerto Varas. That day, on the top of the Osorno, he made a freezing cold. The cable car staff were wearing snow jackets, gloves and thick hats, while all of us on the tour suffered a lot, really a lot, from the extremely cold wind on top of the volcano. Also, I have light skin and had a severe insolation. Therefore, I suggest that the tour company take care to warn and guide tourists about these points.

Think twice before going if weather is not good. - We took this tour despite less favourable weather forecast for Osorno. The tour guide was great and very knowledgeable with excellent English. The car and driver were also excellent. The falls were also wonderful despite light rain. Then the guide insisted on going up to the volcano. We told him we would love to do something else if the weather is bad but he insisted on going up ("we should respect the itinerary "). When we reached the observation point there was zero visibility with pouring rain so we simply returned on our tracks. We then went to the green lagoon which was also great with interesting information. From there there was not much more to do (we decided to skip lunch) so we were back at the hotel before 2 PM. I think that if the weather was good or a proper substitute to the volcano would have chosen it would have been a much better experience for us.
