Atv/zipline in pvr - Best experince!! Everything was ontime and everyone was very kind and willing to help. Ms.Maria has been a blessing. She helped us get our photos, and information we needed before we got there! Thank you for a great experience. I defenitley reccommend using them

Awesome Exo - What a wonderful experience! We are a couple in our 50’s and did the ATV & Zip line Adventure, along with the tequila tasting. We highly recommend. It was the first time I rode aN ATV and it was no problem! The staff is very helpful. Great time & great company!

Thanks for ZERO customer service Mr "Owner". GOPRALIA Tours. Insert expletive here. - The actual activity guys did a great job. That said the local operator.....hmm. I paid 198$ usd for ATV AND ZIP LINE. After ATV Activity was dropped off at local office. I sat there with staff looking at me like Duhhhh. Then I ask..umm. What about rhe zip line. Oh. Can I see your voucher. Ok ok they said . Next is 30 minutes but with disability I was not informed by staff or listing much climbing hike and steps grande were required. The un friendly gal gets the "owner" on the phone who assured me. Sir. He tells me. Please stay professional. I'm mad and annoyed obviously. 200$ for excursion where half was missing that otherwise would have been 75$. Instructs me to contact booking site. Like here and request refund. I tried but app is fkd and request partial. Give me 70% back. Not looking for freebies but also don't like being ripped off or treated with disrespect. MX. PV operators GOPRALIA will not steal any more of my money and ibrefuse to quietly be treated like an idiot. Yr welcome for about 130$ for nothing. PS. I purchased 145$ worth tequila from local presentation when I know sameness available much less at a town store. The tequila tasting was a nice end to the ATV but the oops forgotten Zip portion spoiled the whole day. Waiting for my refund. Spending mucho $ here and every dollar counts. I will do the Zip but find a different company. SMH TF
