Terrible experience with Naya Homes - We rented an apartment in Puerto Vallarta through Naya Homes in the fall. We were Mexico City when we received an email cancelling our reservation that was to begin in two days. No alternative was offered. After much work we did rent an apartment through Naya. It turned out poorly. No hot water for five of the severn days and we were locked out due to a failed key pad. Poor management.Stay away from Naya rentals. Plenty of other options.
