Worth the money - Saw plenty of whales, dolphins, and sea turtles. Had breakfast and lunch provided. There was a photographer taking pictures of everyone, but we never saw them or was not told where to view them.. Very disappointed......

Great experience! - Amazing! Great crew, fun and informative. Seen many whales, dolphins which swam beside the boat, and sea turtles. There was always food.... Service was great, never went more then 30 seconds with an empty drink before wait staff was there to take your glass and offer another. Highly recommend

Great whale watching with a nice boat and a great team. - Great excursion. Nice and stable boat. Bandelas Bay is beautiful. Nice ride on the water with a great team. Panda is an excellent guide giving good educational information about the maritime fauna. The food was also good. The captain made sure we see well the whales and was following them safely and in respect.

Mike’s is the Best Whale Watching Experience Ever - Excellent Mike’s Fishing and Tours on a 72 foot Catamaran in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in February is the absolute best!!! We saw adult male humpbacks fighting ( trying to make a good impression on female humpbacks) slapping their tails, pectoral fins, and breaching over and over! Also adult female and baby humpbacks breaching as lessons for life. Also saw Sea Turtles and Dolphins too! The professional chef had breakfast snacks followed by terrific fresh Ceviche, chips, Marlin burritos, ham and cheese paninis and All Alcohol included!!! The great staff included Panda (very funny and informative) Jorge, Liz Miguel, Johnny, Mike and absolutely the best Captain Pablo!! We have taken many whale tours in the past and only saw a few tails and spouts from a distance… this was fantastic seeing so many that were so active and fun! Easy to take pictures and videos of these majestic animals since we were close, the whales so plentiful, and active as they are every year during this time due to birth and breeding times!!

I’d do this trip again. Relaxing. Great views of the coast. And saw several whales. - Great time. Needless to say, weather in Puerto Vallarta is always good. Drinks and lunch were included. Boat was nicely set up for viewing. We saw around 8 or 9 whales.

Great whale watching trip - Great whale watching trip in Banderas Bay where we saw multiple pairs of mother and baby whales with one pair breaching multiple times during 10 minutes. That was certainly a highlight of our day. We also saw a sea turtle. Crew were very friendly and kept us informed and entertained. Food and drinks were reasonable. Couple of things to be aware of and can be improved: - Toilets may be difficult to access for some folks over a narrow and steep staircase and barely enough room to shut the door - Lunch plates were dirty, not just a few but all of them had food stains from prior use. Looked like these were not washed, simply dry wiped after previous trip.

Cruisers don’t use Mike’s - If you’re on a cruise DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! Their booth is AT the cruise terminal, so they should have the ship port itinerary. When I booked this excursion, ships port time was 9am (according to ship time) but I’m actuality we ported at 10 am PV time. Since this company has a booth AT the cruise ship port, one would think they would verify port time. At 7am the morning of the excursion I realized the difference in ship and PV time. I called Mike’s tours, emailed and messaged them to let them know about the time change. While I didn’t expect them to hold their charter for us, they should have been aware of what time our ship was to actually port PV time. The total cost of our excursion was $198 and I was refunded a measly $77. Mike’s Charters, since your booth is AT the cruise terminal, please check the time ships will arrive prior to booking with cruise customers. I reached out a few times prior to the cruise and was reassured EVERYTIME we would make the tour, even the morning of the cruise. You could have done better than a $77 refund since you had some responsibility in this circumstance. You literally can watch the ship come and go from your booth at the cruise terminal and should be aware of cruise ship dock time. My suggestion, don’t do business with cruise passengers.
