Highlights
- Los Veranos Canopy Tour - Travel from Puerto Vallarta to the Vallarta Botanical Garden, one of the most spectacular places in Mexico, where the country’s most visited collection of orchids is located.
Enjoy a walk along the banks of the Horcones river until you reach Los Veranos Adventure Park Site.
When you return to Los Veranos, purchase a hearty meal and a refreshing tropical drink at our riverside restaurant. Experience a tequila-tasting activity. Jump, swim, and cool off in the river’s natural pools and interact with our rescued animals in our Animal Sanctuary.

The botanical gardens were AMAZING!!!! - Really enjoyed our botanical gardens experience with Los Veranos. Moskito was very helpful, fun and knowledgeable. The flowers were truly incredible! We would use Los Veranos again when visiting PV!!

Best hike ever! - The botanical gardens were absolutely beautiful and the hike itself was very enjoyable. However our tour guide, Moskito, truly made it a wonderful experience as he was very funny and extremely knowledgeable. Once the hike was finished we were allowed to swim, taste tequila, and hold their selection of animals. It is worth mentioning that getting to hold and feed the tiny monkeys may have been the best thing I have personally experienced in Mexico. All around an excellent experience.

Great experience on the botanical garden hike. - The botanical garden and hike were very nice. I think our guide Moskito made the excursion. Perfect blend of information, humor and interaction. I would rate the hike moderate as there were a few climbs. My wife was absolutely thrilled to be able to hold a toucan, python and two different monkeys at the end.

Hiking to Botanical Gardens - It was a beautiful hike. Our guide Miskito was very entertaining and informative. He shared history about the area and a lot of information about the flowers in the garden. After the hike it was fun interacting with the animals in the sanctuary.

Stellar ! - Moskito was great. He knows the fauna and flora as well as the history of the area. Lots to take in. Hike wasn’t hard but we are from high elevation.

Amazing hike from botanical gardens - Moskito did a great job telling about all the plants and animals on our hike! I leaned a lot and had a great time! The extra activities were a blast and all the employees went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.

Awesome hike! - The botanical garden was very beautiful, as well as the hike. Our tour guide Moskito was very knowledgeable about nature and it was so interesting to learn about the wildlife!! I would definitely recommend the hike tour!!

Jungle Hiking tour to the river. - Our guide Mozquito walked us through the jungle to describe the natural way the plants organize themselves. Then he walked us through the cultivated gardens describing some history of the different plants. We saw different birds and local lizards.

Botanical gardens tour - Hiking tour in botanical gardens. Great little tour. Moskito was awesome, thanks amigo. Home base was also excellent, brilliant little swimming spot with cool slides for the kids (big and little ones). But pricey for what it is, but we still very much enjoyed ourselves.
