Jam-packed adventure! - This tour was amazing from start to finish. Isaac was a great tour guide - he was very accommodating with any request and made sure we all had a great time. The waterfall was beautiful and swimming in the water was a once in a lifetime experience. The hike itself is very doable and not overwhelming. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking for an adventure!

Super fun! - Tour guides were Alex and Carlos who were super friendly and attentive the entire time we took the hike. They helped us when we were also in the water and took us around to even the little cave!

Beautiful experience - Isaac was great! Highly recommend going in the morning on a weekday, where there’s minimal crowds and it’s GOREGOUS.

Awesome jungle hike! - Alex was so friendly and accommodating. He always made sure everyone in the group was having a good time and no one got left behind. It was our first time on a hike this intense, but we felt perfectly safe traveling in the jungle with him guiding us! Swimming at the waterfall was a refreshing treat after all the hiking, and really rejuvenating to make the trek back out easy. Note that some parts of the hike are pretty high up and some parts with not much guards/protections if you fall. Just be aware you should be pretty good on your feet and not afraid of heights.

The perfect morning adventure - This was a perfect morning adventure. Issac our guide was patient kind and helped our three dogs over many rock and river crossing. The waterfall was spectacular and we are so glad we listened to Issac and got up there quick to ensure we had the place essentially to ourselves. Carols who we messaged with many questions was also quick to get back to us and patient with all our questions.

Such a great experience - This waterfall hike was definitely a highlight of our trip! Issac, our tour guide, made this hike not only safe but also very engaging. We were able to swim in the refreshing pools beneath the waterfall and cliff jump off the surrounding rocks. If you're in Puerto Vallarta and are craving an adventure, don't miss this hike with Isaac as your guide. Such a great experience!

Outstanding view - Our guide cancelled for the waterfall tour. Very disappointing. We did however get in with another group on the hidden beaches. The guide was great, the scenery outstanding. The hike was a little hard but am glad we went

An Enjoyable Hike - The guides were very friendly and kind. I felt comfortable on the bus ride to the trail. The trail itself is a moderate hike, but rating difficulty is relative. I hike quite a bit, so it really wasn't difficult for me, but I can see where someone who is less comfortable hiking might be a bit challenged. I appreciated how the guides split up to take those without water shoes on a dryer route, and those who had brought shoes that can go in water on the wetter route. It is important to note that solid, non-slip soles are helpful. I recommend that folks take a lightweight backpack with a water bottle and a quick snack. The site says snacks are included, but I didn't see that. Also, wear a swimsuit under quick dry shorts. It is the easiest outfitting. I enjoyed being in the forest and seeing something new and different.

Worth Taking - I enjoyed being in the forest, hiking, and seeing the river pools. Make sure to bring water and a snack bar. The included items say a snack is provided, but we didn't get one. Not really sure about that. Wear a swimsuit under quick dry cloth for the easiest combo. Diego and Issac, our guides were very friendly and thoughtful.
