Our tour guides Hugo and... - Our tour guides Hugo and Omar were so courteous and respectful. It was very informative, the guide knows Vallarta very well. He explained everything in detail. I wish it would’ve lasted longer. A very pleasant experience, I would do it again and ask for Hugo and Omar.😊😊

Must do city tour - This tour is a must do. My tour guide was absolutely amazing! He was kind, witty, and full of historical knowledge. There are many sites to see that I wouldn’t have been able to see on my own. This is a great way to start the vacation.

Great time in Puerto Villarta - Daniel was great! He knew so history about the area and was able to us so much! We loved the walking tour and the trip to the tequila distillery was a lot of fun. He was helpful and patient with us when hill walking got tough. The ride was smooth and the pickup and drop off were easy. When we went to lunch the food was awesome. I would highly recommend this tour to others.

Less for more. - I enjoyed our tour guide Adam. He explained things very well as passing. I wish we had less time at the jewelry and leather store because I would have enjoyed that time at a beach somewhere. The education at the tequila factory was awesome even though I don't drink tequila it was interesting.

Expensive and catered to the shops, not the tourists - Nexus rep convinced us to sign up for this tour because it was "the same" as the hop on hop off city bus tour which includes a tour to a chocolate factory. This tour gave us almost no freedom to do any shopping on the main Malecon boardwalk. We even got told "this is not a shopping tour" multiple times when we tried to go into the stores. Then we got driven to many selected stores including a candy store, leather shop, jewelry shop, lunch in the mountains (we bought "platter for 2" to split for our whole family and it cost 1,350 pesos after tax and tip which is ridiculously expensive). My kids were exhausted. They told us the tour would be 7 hours and it took 10. For a few of the stops my kids were asleep and we asked to stay on the bus with them but were told we need to get off every time. Lastly the tequila shop was cool but the alcohol was way overpriced. And no, we didn't get to see the chocolate factory. I was sad for my kids that this trip was exhausting, expensive, and took an entire day away from our holiday.

Got off the tour before it began - The van was toooo cramped and no consideration for a person with special needs. We got off before the tour began.
