Start with a welcome drink and a chance to cool off in our private courtyard pool and mingle. Just before sunset we gather on the rooftop terrace for stunning views. A spiny lobster tasting, a chance to try fresh local fish such as marlin or skipjack, and a presentation about our wild-caught shrimp. The highlight is shrimp in Jalisco spices. To finish we present our house-made Jericalla (the famous local caramelized custard).
Through-out the experience we present a live performance from the cabarets clubs of PV to entertain you. Please join us for a lovely dinner party, make some new friends and sample the freshest seafood in Mexico.
