Great bike ride - Hugo and Alex were awesome guides! Our e-bike tour started with a cruise through town, and then things got scenic as we climbed up the mountain. It was a bit of a challenge, but no worries, the e-bikes made it totally manageable. The best part? Reaching a mountaintop restaurant with epic views and delicious margaritas and lunch. We even got to do a tequila tasting and see how tortillas are made – so cool! The cobblestone roads were a bit rough, but the e-bikes made them a fun breeze. If you're looking for a fun way to explore Puerto Vallarta, this e-bike tour is the way to go!

We rode an hour and 20 min to the top and spent 1.5 hr at the ranch. It was so relaxing. Hammocks, pools, great food! - Hugo was a great guide. Such a fun trip and wonderful stop at the top of the mountain! Everyone was so friendly and we got to see so much more of the country. Going up the river and seeing the life outside of the tourist area. Absolutely awesome!

What a fun trip! - The trip up the mountain was absolutely gorgeous and so much fun. The e bikes are really a great way to tour the city/ country side. The ranch/ restaurant at the top is beautiful and very delicious. The prices are affordable and most of the ingredients are produced at the ranch (cheese, chicken, eggs, tortilla, salsa, etc.) There are pools to cool off in and lots of area to explore with many plants and animals species to see. The trip back down to the city is really fun, it requires a bit of confidence and balance on the steeper parts, but hang on tight and enjoy the quick descent. Once back to the city we trekked through narrow alleys we otherwise never would have seen, and the last stop was at a lighthouse that we climbed and had an amazing view of the entire coastline. Alex, our tour guide, was actually the best part of the entire experience. He is very attentive and ready to help out with anything you need. He has great information about the city and surrounding areas. Overall, I would highly reccomend this tour. There was never a moment that I didn't feel safe and secure. Our trip was filled with laughs, and jokes, beautiful scenery and a great workout with a wonderful down to earth tour guide.

Great experience - We had an amazing time! It was about a 13 miles bike run but with the electric bike, it made it very easy. Alexander was a awesome guide and Mckay was also very helpful. Would recommend to all friends and family!

Highly Recommended! - Hugo was awesome! We had such a great time seeing the country side of PV. The E Bikes can be as easy or challenging as you want, and without a lot of mountain biking experience they were easy and fun to ride. We have been coming to PV for almost 2 decades and had t yet saw the places we got to go on this tour. Beautiful ride following the river up the mountain.

Alexander The Great - Views were amazing, food was even better. Tequila tasting was great. Alex our tour guide was phenomenal and really cared about the group, helping everyone along the way. Omar was great too but unfortunately had bike problems. The battery lasted the whole trip. Was a decently easy ride but the majority of in town riding was cobblestone so be prepared and bring a seat cushion!

Intense but Rewarding! - Alexander and MK were great! My wife is a little uncomfortable on a bicycle on flat pavement, so this experience was rather intense for her....but she did it!! the eating place at the top is great.

Disappointing, but probably my bad… - I like to think I’m a fairly adventurous middle aged woman. I read reviews of this tour prior to booking and really wasn’t concerned about my ability to participate, the minimum age to ride was listed as 8. Caveat, I’ve never ridden a fat tire bike nor have I ridden an “accelerated” e-bike. This contributed to my disappointing experience. The ride starts fairly tame, well marked street bike paths. Boardwalk was quiet so that went well too. Then the challenges began. Narrow, cobblestone, traffic riddled streets with room for only 1 car at a time. Add numerous speed bumps and my anxiety was high. We had a small group and it was near impossible to stay together when some got stopped by traffic. Once we got to the “mountain” portion of the ride there were different challenges, dirt roads (to be expected) but very rutted and easy to lose balance. I never felt like I was totally in control of my bike. The time at the ranch was nice, food was good, tastings and demonstrations were enjoyable too. But, to be honest I was kind of focused on the fact we still had to get back to our starting point! The guide was wonderful, the itinerary was good, I guess I just underestimated my ability to tackle two new features on a bike. If I had brought kids (8 and older) I would’ve been a wreck. Bottom line, just be realistic about your comfort level on all the various terrains and traffic with that type of bike. I know several friends that would’ve loved it, just not for me.
