Relaxing Spa Experience - José delivered an amazing spa day exactly as promised. He communicated with me a few times prior to the excursion to ensure I had all information needed regarding the day. He's a local who puts pride and care toward every detail, providing his guests with the best and most authentic experience possible. The excursion had 10 people, divided into 2 separate vans and mostly felt like an even smaller group which was brilliant. All aspects of the experience from pick up through visiting a local market and separate tortilla shop for lunch and snack supplies to the thermal pools and delicious lunch he bbq'd were top notch. He had information to share along the way. We ended our day with a massage on the beach ⛱️ it was nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in an authentic experience. Thank you José for a memorable day.

A fun and relaxing day trip - In Puerto Vallarta, don’t miss this well-organized, enlightening and pleasant day trip. The pre-pickup communication with Jose, driving by Manuel and Sergio, along with the prepared meal by them was all top notch. The informative drive out of town included a market stop for fruits and veggies, plus a visit to a factory that produces around 40,000 corn tortillas per day. The 1.5 hour ride to the wonderful tree-shaded hot springs through agricultural land was interesting and scenic. The hot spring pools were clean and wonderful at about 100 degrees Fahrenheit with changing rooms onsite. The guides supplied towels, and brought fresh fruit, lemonade and chips/guacamole to the pools during a no-rush one-hour soak. A tasty guide-grilled-at-the-site meal of chicken, beef, veggies and tortillas followed. Next came a ride to the beach for a fantastic one-hour full-body oil-massage accompanied by the sound of breaking ocean waves. It ended with a homemade chocolate treat, refreshing drinks and a ride back to the starting point—all accomplished in about an 8 to 9 hour time frame for a satisfying full day!

Cozy adventure through the valley - If you want to get an immersive experience of Mexico, learn about indigenous cultures, and visit precious little towns on the way to a relaxing, mineral rich hot spring….this is the tour for you. They grilled up a delicious and healthy lunch for us while my stresses melted away in the hot springs. Not to mention the amazing beach-side massage.

Blissful Day - Wonderful way to spend the day. Antoni and Sergio pointed out the small villages along the way to Nuevo Ixtan. Lounging in the hot springs was blissful. The drinks, guacamole, and grill used the freshest produce and tasted excellent. Wrapping up with an hour long massage, right on the beach in Bucerias made the entire day perfect.

We will do it again!!!!! - Manuel and his other guide was awesome!!!! If you’re looking a quite relaxing slow this one for you away from the noise!!!!Tortilla factory at San Juan, Fruit Market, massage at Bucarias and the star of the trip was the food prepared by Manuel and his other guide plus the surprise!!!!and the friends you will made during the trip!!!!

Amazing! Start to finish! - A wonderful day from start to finish. Our guide, Antonio was knowledgeable and welcoming. The fresh taco at the factory was worth the trip on its own. And the massage at the end? Let’s just say, that won’t be my last beach massage this trip.

Pleasantly unexpected experience - I went out on a limb with this tour and it was a surprising day away from the city. Meeting at Sam’s Club is a bit unnerving but once we connected with Sergio and got into his nice SUV, I calmed down. The drive is both inspiring and terrifying so be prepared. The hot springs are located in a very remote location but I never once felt unsafe. When we arrived there were other tourists from different guide companies so it all became quite normal. We soaked together in about 4 shared pools enjoying getting to know one another and then ate fresh food prepared by our guides family style. The bathroom and changing rooms are third world and I’m glad I wore my swimsuit there. We changed into street clothes and headed to the beach. Having a massage on the beach was also out of my comfort zone but any anxiety I had melted away once the massage started. I am now pretty proud of myself for doing this tour - getting way out of my comfort zone in a country I had never experienced and had limited trust in. But in the end, the guides could not have been nicer and more sincere. Their knowledge and pride in their country was evident. And for good reason. What a pleasantly unexpected experience.
