The staff, Maggie and Luis, were awesome. The boat and snorkel equipment were well maintained. The only issue was the water was very murky so we didn't see anything, although there were many dolphins swimming very close to the boat and the group once we got in the water. The stop at Playa Colomitos was fun. Water was a bit clearer and it was fun to swim up to the shore and play in the large surf. Would go again.

The guide and boat captain were wonderful. Knowledgeable, personable, professional. The boat was small but comfortable and the ride was very smooth across the water. I was a bit bummed that we didn’t snorkel at Los Archos. That was the whole reason I booked this trip. We spent a lot of time viewing dolphins which was nice. Both times we hopped in to the water to swim near then, they swam off. Then when we got to the snorkeling site we were told that it was too busy, too many people. So they took us to a cove which was not unlike the snorkeling from our resort’s beach. We were also given the option, by vote, to skip snorkeling and go whale watching instead. Which it is nice to have options, 80% of the reason I booked this particular tour was to snorkel at the arches which we didn’t do. So not to snorkel at all just seemed like they didn’t want to drive the extra distance to the snorkel site. Lastly, I o ew we were getting turkey sandwiches and that is what we received. They were edible but not great. I would have preferred we dock at a seaside fishing village and ate lunch at one of the restaurants. Even if it added $10 or $20 to the tour it would have been well worth it.
