Highlights

Estigo Tours - You’ll make your way up Cuale River as we pass through quaint Mexican villages. You will be able to observe the locals lifestyle of working the land, herding cattle, and enjoying the simple things. Next we head to a mountain cantina with pools. You will be offered beverages (available for purchase) and the chance to take a dip in the crystal clear water of the river-fed pool. A truly amazing setting for relaxing, and don’t forget to snap a few pictures!

Additional Information

You will embark on a journey up the hill until you arrive at Sierra viewing point. This place provides panoramic views of the hillocks. With some luck, you might even witness a native macaw parrot zipping by!

At last, we will make our final stop at the well-renowned eatery in the town. Here, you can savor a genuine Mexican meal or grab a beverage (up for sale).

PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY FOR CHECK-IN - The tour leave promptly on time. If you are late you will be left behind.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
What to Bring: closed-toed shoes, sunscreen, bug-spray, Mexican pesos for souvenirs, snacks and gratuities for the guide
Maximum Combined weight is 400 lbs / 180 kg
Please note: minimum age is 6 years and all drivers must have a valid driver’s license. If selecting the driver only option, the price is per ATV, simply select the number of passengers traveling and you’ll be assigned that number of ATVs. If selecting the driver and passenger option, you can only select an even number of travelers as this option is reserved for sharing 1 ATV for every 2 people.

Best ATV Experience in PV! - My Partner + I had an amazing time with our tour guide Angel! I was sceptical and a bit scared at first but it was one of the best experiences we've had in PV so far. You'll go up to this nice ranch in the forest and will also enjoy some really good food & tequila tasting. Highly recommend trying it!

Exciting trip up to refreshing mountain pools. - One of our favorite activities in PV. Driving through the old town streets and then up high on the mountain to bath on the river was so beautiful. The Rancho Abuelo was so beautiful and the food was great.

Great Tour!! - So much fun!! I really felt that this tour company made everyone’s safety a top priority. I definitely recommend it. I wasn’t sure whether to rent my own ATV or ride on back, but I’m so glad I had my own. We had a great group of guides!

Fun, just be advised… - …that you will be filthy afterward. Completely. I looked like Charlie Brown’s friend, Pig Pen (are we still allowed to say ‘Pig Pen’?). It was super fun, just be sure to dress accordingly. The ATVs were easy to learn, and it was cool to see parts of PV that they skip on the bus tour. Watch out for stray dogs trying to bite your ankles, just speed up a bit and you’ll be fine. When you get to the jungle, you will be able to taste every kind of tequila imaginable. I don’t drink alcohol but everyone else seemed to enjoy it. I definitely recommend this tour, the guides were great and super helpful.

Experiencing Puerto Vallarta on ATV - We loved the experience of the local culture in the city and in the rural areas of Puerto Vallarta. Charlie was an excellent guide that made the experience very personable by his sharing of his life. The local people we met were very welcoming and hospitable.
