Great tour with a great person - We had a wonderful walking tour, all over Guanajuato with Alex (Alejandro) Bruga. We found Alex to be extremely knowledgeable, about all aspects of the rich history and culture of the city and region, and full of interesting asides (including movie recommendations! and the occasional restaurant recommendation) and insights. Alex was a delight - friendly, funny, and caring. We'd gladly spend more time with him, exploring even more of the area. Probably the best city tour we've been on.

Guanajuato in a nutshell. - Alex was an excellent guide. Lots of information and recommendations of other things to do while in Guanajuato. Recommend this tour for an overview and great history lesson.

Very Memorable Long Weekend - I did 3 tours with Estigo and each of them were excellent. Alex knew Guanajato very well and many of the lesser known and unique things, which truly gave a unique flavor that is not well covered in any of the travel sites. I would recommend this company and book with them again.

Private walking tour of Guanajuato is the best way to see the city - A private walking tour around Guanajuato is the best way to see the city! The local guides are so knowledgeable and friendly and really tailor the tour to the visitors’ tastes and interests. Would absolutely do this again the next time I’m in Guanajuato!

Historic Guanajuato City - After a great time in Mexico City, Estigo Tours strongly suggested we visit Guanajuato and we were not disappointed at this recommendation.
It is beautiful with so much history. We went on a 3 hour walking tour of this magnificent city which was organized by Estigo Tours and our tour guide was nothing but exceptional. His knowledge of the history of this city was really mind blowing! How did he remember everything? He took us to see the basilica, the restored theatre and we took the funicular up to the top of the hill to see the large statue and saw a great view of the city. We ended our tour with a visit to the Diego rivera gallery which was fascinating.
I highly recommend visiting this gorgeous city! Wear good walking shoes!

Guanajuato walking tour was fantastic! - This place is amazing and the tour we took was a must do to get a full picture of the place and its myriad of tunnels and history. We had an excellent guide from Estigo Tours who had over 30 years of experience guiding in his beloved town and knew it inside and out. We loved learning about the wonderful architecture and taking the funicular to the top of the hillside was a highlight. The views are outstanding up there. Wear comfortable shoes because it’s almost 4 miles of walking on cobblestone streets and hills. Totally worth it! Such a vibrant colourful history.

A fantastic day trip to Guanajuato! - Fantastic guide (Alex) and driver (Jorge) who were incredibly knowledgeable and wanted to make the experience the best possible, which it was! It started with an on-time pick up in a spotless and comfortable vehicle.

Guanajuato above and below ground - We really enjoyed our tour of Guanajuato’s tunnels and subterranean streets with Roberto and got a much better understanding of how the city was constructed. Roberto was a delight, providing us with just the right amount of history, personal stories and anecdotes and humor. We would thoroughly recommend this tour! A great use of 3 hours.

Excellent guide and tour! - Alex was an excellent guide! He was so knowledgeable about Mexican history and also entertained us with folklore and ghost stories! He also modified the trip slightly for us when we indicated we had already done part of what he planned to show us. Excellent tour all around!
