This was a great hike! We... - This was a great hike! We had the tour guide Hannah and she did a phenomenal job of explaining what we were seeing in the rainforest, making sure everyone was safe and comfortable with the activities we were doing! The water activities were a lot of fun and the scenery was gorgeous. A must do tour in Puerto Rico.

Great time in El Yunque - Adriana was an amazing tour guide. She was fun and happy and you can just tell she loves what she does. She made our hike a great time and made climbing and jumping fearless! Bio Bay was a fun kayak tour but a bit difficult with such a large group. We didn’t see much but we still had fun. Bring bug spray!

An AMAZING full day out in Puerto Rico!! - We loved this all-day adventure!! Highly recommend but know that it is a long day!! The hike and all the water activities in the rainforest were a blast!!! The part of the rainforest park we went to was crowded - just to set expectations that it will not feel like you are lost in nature! But the tour groups there handled the crowds really well - everyone waited patiently to try all the natural features!! Our guide, Jason, was OUTSTANDING!!! High energy and made us all feel very positive about the experience!!! The weather in March was perfect to enjoy this - the temps weren't too hot and the water was comfortable. The bio bay kayaking was really fun and beautiful to see the bioluminescence in the bay!! We all thought it was a great day. There are a few things I would recommend to make this day the most enjoyable: 1) Bring snacks or be sure to buy them when they make a stop on the drive to the rainforest 2) Go ahead and snack when you get back on the bus after the rainforest. It is not a long drive to the restaurant but you go to a local place and it takes a while to serve all the meals - totally understandable and I wouldn't change a thing about it bc the lunch was delicious but if you tend to get hangry at all, go ahead and snack on the bus on the way to lunch to make the long/leisurely lunch more pleasant. And a long, slow lunch is great bc there is no rush to get to kayaking until it's dark anyway. 3) bring multiple changes of clothing. You get wet during both activities and it's nice to be in dry clothes for the bus ride and lunch. this isn't critical but a recommendation. 4) use bug spray LIBERALLY for the kayak - and do not be afraid to wear long sleeves and shirts with hoods for the kayaking part even if it is hot. you can splash water to cool off. My son and I thought we sprayed a lot and we were eaten alive on the row out to the bay. my husband had on a long sleeve shirt with a hood and sprayed that and wasn't bothered nearly as much by the bugs. Do all that and you are going to have an AMAZING day out!!! We LOVED it!!!

This tour is a very long... - This tour is a very long day but so worth it! Definitely eat a big breakfast before you go, and wear shoes you’re okay with getting muddy/swimming in. The El Yunque portion specifically was an absolutely unforgettable experience - our guide Jason was AMAZING. The biobay kayaking was an awesome once in a lifetime experience, but would be best suited for those with some kayak experience as it requires a good amount of navigating and working against the current in the complete darkness.

Great experience - Adrianna and Cristian were the best tour guides! They made sure that we experienced all the rainforest had to offer! Our family had the best time. I appreciate that this company really promoted safety with life vest and helmets. With younger children it made all the difference. I highly recommend this tour and you should be so lucky to have Adriana and Christian as your guides!

Great tour with excellent guide! - Amazing! We toured with Adriana and she was so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. She made everything so easy and fun. The tour itself was beautiful (although the hike was shorter than expected). Would highly recommend :)

Mother/son trip - My son and I had an amazing experience! I am not as much of a risk taker but my son was able to experience all the excitement while I enjoyed the rainforest. My upper thighs felt it for two days after. You definitely need to be active to attend this trip. Definitely worth the $$ but you are wiped out after a full day of activities. I would confirm it's the right time of year and the moon is going to cooperate so you can actually see the bioluminescents. That was the only downfall with our experience.

Highlight of the Trip - My friend and I selected this tour, as it hit two major items we wanted to do. El Yunque Rainforest and Kayaking the Bio Bay. Additionally we needed transportation, and this company provided pick up and drop off from San Juan. Amauri was our driver/tour guide for the first part of the day, and he was incredible. The rainforest hike was amazing - but strenuous. They are not kidding that you need to be an active person, it is not a flat trail it is very muddy and you are slipping and sliding down rocks. Which you should absolutely keep in mind. The cliff diving, waterfall and overall water activities in the rainforest were phenomenal. This was a highlight of our trip. The only reason I am giving one less star, is because the Kayak portion was a let down compared to the first half of the day. We went close to the New Moon to try and get best views but unfortunately for us it was cloudy so the clouds were reflecting the city lights for minimal viewing which means low bio lights and no beautiful starry night. Which we understand and is not the reason for a star removal, however the tour guides we had were just mediocre they seemed like they didn't want to be there, were bad at directions and just overall disappointing. If we ever try the Bio Bay again we would try a different Kayaking company as there were numerous options at the drop off point.

Too much waiting around - “Hike” is pretty misleading and the bioluminescence was underwhelming. 1/3 of your day will be spent waiting around (at a rest stop, at a waterfall, at a restaurant, outside the kayak shop, etc). I wouldn’t book this tour again. As I mentioned, you spend a good bulk of your day just waiting around. I understand the need for buffer time but to spend an extra 20-30 minutes every time we stopped somewhere to just sit around was completely unnecessary. I feel bad for the families with young kids who had to just sit around bored and impatient. It just felt like poor planning. The “hike” is walking up a path to a crowded waterfall where all the other tour groups end up. You climb some rocks to get to the rock slide, cliff jump and rope - which I admit are pretty advanced - but then you wait in line to do each activity. Based on the description I expected a longer hike but it was more of a water activity/adventure. Bespoke switches tour guides half way through and the second “guide” was more of a driver. He provided no information and just dropped us off with a kayak company. Kayaking at night was cool but the bioluminescence was underwhelming; I understand it’s based on the weather and such but I think it would have been better in Vieques. We also only spent 10 mins in the bay and a majority of the activity was kayaking. Overall the activities were fine but the waiting around for hours really annoyed us. We came to PR to explore and relax, not wait around random places for the touring company (note: not the tour guides who were great) to get their stuff together.
