- El Yunque National Forest - Explore the Eastside of El Yunque Rainforest. The journey begins with a 30-minute hike (the trail may be muddy) to the first mineral water, natural pool. Here, you can admire the scenery, swim, and immerse yourself in nature. Along the path, discover the diverse ecosystem of the rainforest, touch bamboo, unique flora, guava trees, and 300-year-old trees. After a further 15-minute hike, slightly rocky, you’ll find another watering hole with natural waterfalls.
NOTE: Saturday tours follow a different route and require participants to be in good physical condition. This path is ideal for those who are fit and ready for a steeper and muddier adventure. If this isn’t suitable, consider booking on any other day of the week.

Excellent half day getting out of San Juan into nature - Wonderful trip. Elio was a wonderful guide! We enjoyed the hike up to the waterfalls, the natural water "slide", and jumping off the rocks into the water. Also enjoyed learning about local plants, and the Merlin app on my phone helped me identify a Puerto Rican woodpecker and many Bananaquit birds up in the canopy.

Amazing experience - I had such a good time! The communication was top notch. The hiking through the rainforest was so fun and educational. The guides did a great job of letting us know information about the rainforest and Puerto Rico. When we got to the sliding and jumping part! It was an absolute amazing time. Plenty of time spent enjoying the water and the adventures! Highly recommend

El Yunque Small Group Rainforest excursion - The water is cold and feels fantastic!
Luis was our guide and we could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and helpful guide! We were traveling with my 8 year old grandaughter who is a fearless adrenaline junkie and she had no problem with any of the activities. She even volunteered to go first down the “water slide”. Guess she didn’t want to wait on the adults, lol.

Fun outing - Luis our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. My sons finished the full tour (waterslide, rope jump etc) and had a blast whilst hubby and I enjoyed nature at home basis.

Wonderful experience! - Beautiful adventure that’s so much fun! We got to hike through the rainforest and see all the beautiful sites. I participated in the optional activities which I highly recommend. Rock jumping, rope swinging and an amazing rock slide. Everything was an amazing experience and so much fun. Our guide, Stephanie, was knowledgeable, encouraging and so helpful. She took photos and videos of everyone and shared all her knowledge of the land. Highly recommend!!

Fun experience - Great intro to El Yunque. Don't need to be super fit but does involve walking and managing slippery surfaces. A lot of fun and great tour guide, Luis.

An absolute must do El Yunque experience 🌴 - Our hiking excursion through El Yunque was absolutely incredible! 🌿 From start to finish, Stephanie was the heart of the experience — full of good vibes, energy, and such a genuine love for the rainforest. She shared amazing information about the plants, wildlife, and history of the area in a way that was both fun and easy to follow.
What really stood out was how inclusive and welcoming the whole tour felt. Stephanie made sure everyone felt comfortable and part of the group, no matter their hiking experience. The atmosphere was friendly, supportive, and full of laughter the entire time!
By the end, we not only had breathtaking views and unforgettable memories, but we also learned so much about Puerto Rico’s natural beauty. I can’t recommend this tour (and especially Stephanie!) enough.

Not really about the Rainforest - There was some good and not so good with this trip. It started with our guide telling us to be at the pickup point at 7:29 and not showing up until 7:40. We were the first pickup. The guide had a lead foot which was a little harrowing. Beyond that it was an interesting trek which wasn’t really about the rainforest but about swimming in a natural pool. We would have enjoyed more rainforest and less swimming.
