Angel treated us like family - Bring a towel and shoes to walk in the river. Also bring sunscreen and your water proof bag. Make sure you don’t bring anything valuable that can be damaged.

Great way to see El Yunque - Highly recommend this for those looking for an easy way to catch some highlights of El Yunque and spend time at Luquillo Beach without the hassle of driving/parking there. Pickup from San Juan was punctual and easy. The guides Rafael and Joshua were friendly and informative. The nature walk was not difficult, and then there were fun stops at the river (I thought it was too cold for swimming but enjoyed dipping feet it) and climbing the observation tower for better views. We got to the beach around 1 and got a couple of hours for lunch/walking on the beach, which was nice. We were back at hotel after 4. Bring water, snacks, and wear layers/rain jacket for the rainforest.

Angel was awesome! - Great tour! Knowledgeable and super friendly guide! Beautiful place!!! I was a bit hesitant because I was having some slight physical issues, but it wasn’t a problem at all.

Love our tour guide, and we would have liked to see more - The touring includes and eco tour guide, a 15 min walk through the rainforest, a stop at a lookout with stunning views, a third stop to a place in the river and a last 2 hour stop at Luquillo beach, where you can eat local cuisine and go to the beach. We did some jet skiing at a reaaonable price. We thought we would go to the water slides but that is a different tour altogether.

Disappointing tour - The rainforest is beautiful and I really wanted to have the best time on this excursion. Unfortunately that was not the case. The nature walk felt forced with random thoughts from the driver but it was beautiful. On the drive our driver did not stop at the waterfall and instructed us to take pictures from our window in the vehicle, he said we would perhaps stop on the way back … but he did not and we were again told to take pictures from the vehicle, yes it was busy but we could have waited 5 minutes for a spot especially since it had been raining and we were not going to be going in the River. It was very disappointing to NOT stop at the waterfall. We briefly stopped at the river for a quick photo. We also only received 15 minutes at the tower. We then were dropped off at Luquillo beach which was beautiful but we had over two hours there and were completely rushed the entire rest of the tour. So, yes book a tour for the rainforest but I do not recommend this one.
