• Yokahu Observation Tower - Constructed in the early 1960s by Dr. Frank H. Wadsworth, a former forest supervisor and director of the IITF, this 69-foot tower offers stunning views. On clear days, visitors can see the Virgin Islands, the coastline, and four distinct forest types: Colorado (smooth to the south), Tabonuco (irregular with white-leaved Yagrumos), Palm (on steep slopes), and Cloud Forest (on peaks). To the east, the upper Mameyes Valley hosts the ancient Bao de Oro Research Natural Area.

• Catarata La Coca - La Coca Falls is a breathtaking waterfall, standing 1,476 feet (450 meters) above sea level! The water cascades 85 feet (26 meters) down to meet a massive rock formation, making it a perfect spot for photography.

A guide will lead you on a memorable journey, allowing you to enjoy the surroundings, see beautiful landmarks, take refreshing dips in the streams, and relish this Nature Walk. Have a wonderful time!

• Playa Luquillo - After visiting the Rainforest, guests will board the bus again to travel to Luquillo Beach and Kiosks, where they can spend two hours eating or relaxing on the beach before returning. Finally, the day concludes with returning guests to their original pick-up location.

Our guide will lead you on an unforgettable trip where you will marvel at your surroundings, observe stunning landmarks, take invigorating plunges in the rivers, and thoroughly savour this Nature Walk.

Our guide will collect you from your hotel or venue at the previously agreed pick-up time (please contact us for confirmation). From there, we will travel eastwards along the coastal road, paralleling the gorgeous beaches of the town of Loíza. The exposition about our Puerto Rican culture, along with live commentary and explanation of your surroundings, can be provided in both English and Spanish during the journey. After this, we return back to your accommodation.
