Amazing experience - Amazing from start to finish! Crew was polite and made sure everyone had a blast. Awesome snorkeling and delicious lunch! Highly recommend!

BEST CREW!! - The crew was amazing!! We came off of Puerto Plata port and the crew picked us up and dropped us off the port. This was the highlight of our trip. There was good music, drinks, and food, and you could snorkel without following the guide. The snorkel excursions through most of the cruises we have taken, the guide makes you stay hip to hip with them. We were so glad we booked this because the reviews do not lie. Book this and you are guaranteed a great time on the water!!

Really Fun Time - We had a great time on the trip. Communication prior to pickup was sparse, but we were able to easily find our driver at the cruise port. They were on time for pickup and very friendly. The ride was about 45 minutes to an hour but it went by quickly. They play music and interact along the way so it's never boring. Once there, they give you a life vest and you head to a small boat that takes you to the primary boat. Then you go to the two places for Snorkeling while they prepare the BBQ. Drinks and fruit are offered. The snorkeling is good, not great in variety, but many fish are seen with both places being good. There's a slide on the boat and the young ones enjoyed a few slides and were clearly having a good time. The food is yummy and perfect after the 2 swims. It was a sausage, a pork chop and a chicken wing. Hit the spot! Then you return to shore and back to the port. The staff was great! They do put out a tip bucket on the boat but aren't aggressive in solicitation. Be aware though that when you return back to the port that the drivers (who were also on the boat) indicate that those tips are not for them and solicit another. Again not in any kind of aggressive way. I just want others to be aware not to tip on the boat in an amount to cover the drivers as well but instead to split it out to your level of comfort and tip the drivers on their solicitation. I recommend this excursion to anyone who likes a fun and relaxing day with some good snorkeling.

4person VIP snorkle - We had a private VIP snorkle for 4 ppl. It was fantastic! Alex was our guide and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and fun! The boat was new and clean! We got up close with the fish and also got to snorkle the reef in Sousa which is sadly dying but we still saw lots of wildlife! Many fish even a few new species we hadn't seen before and and octopus! The food/bbq on board was the best food we have ever had on a snorkling/fishing boat! We will be back if ever in DR again!!! We took a tour from a cruise. It was very easy to find/communicate via what's app with the tour company about meeting point.

5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Highly recommend!! They offer hotel pick up and drop off, the staff is so nice & friendly. The snorkeling was an amazing experience and the food and drinks are phenomenal. Will definitely go back and do it again!

Fun outing with our family! - Really enjoyed this with my family. It was our kids’ first time snorkeling and did not disappoint. The tour guides and driver of the jeep who picked us up/dropped us off at the hotel were so considerate of me, being pregnant and all. I felt well taken care of. They were happy bunch of guys. I was expecting the usual of burgers and hot dogs for bbq but we got wings and pork chops, and was pleasantly surprised. They took our music requests and were responsive to their clients’ needs. Highly recommend them!

Mind the sea - Choppy waters made many sick. Friendly staff nice clean boat. U need a dingy to get to the big boat. Lunch was very basic. Open bar but too sick to enjoy it.

Not a good experience - We booked this excursion and was told we'd be on a smaller boat for just our party of 10. That did not turn out to be the case. I also reached out to the tour operator the morning of to discuss the rough seas. I was assured that it was perfect where we were going. It definitely was not. The water was extremely rough and not very enticing to get in the water to snorkel, as was our hope. The conditions in which we had to board the boat was dangerous. This large boat was being thrown by the waves at shore while we had to wade to it and climb up a ladder. This did not have the safety of the guests in mind. We also had 3 of our party sick form the roughness of the water, so they did not enjoy the experience at all. The rum drinks were either made with flat cola or too sweet fruit punch. I cannot speak to the lunch provided, none of our party ate any. The crew was obviously trying very hard to create a "party" vibe, but it was hard to enjoy due to the rough seas. I'm disappointed in this excursion given the sea conditions and the fact that I raised this concern and was told it was all good. Two of our group were unable to go due to illness and the one bright spot is we were told we'd get a 50% refund for them. That's probably the one good thing I can say about this excursion. It was definitely not and excursion worthy of the $100 price tag.
