Great day at the beach - All was very good except for the long wait on the bus before leaving. Great service. Beach was great, could order drinks and food from your beach chairs or walk up to either of the two restaurants on the beach.

Excellent tour agency offering fair price, small group, a/c transportation, helpful & knowledgeable tour guides & safety - Very Well organized. The bus was air conditioned & comfortable for our small group; each person could have their own row. We were all provided with bottled water. There are plenty of English-speaking staff. tour company reps were waiting exactly where they said we would meet at the designated time. Superb! The beach selected was excellent; chairs & umbrellas were provided & a tour agency representative remained with us throughout the time we were on the beach. There is reasonably priced food & drink available; and brought to you on the beach. The beach itself is part of a private resort so there is ample security. I would add that Puerto Plata, unlike Santo Domingo or even Punta Cana did not feel insecure. Puerto Plata is very very clean & the people are friendly, lively, helpful & respectful; loved it. Beautiful architecture too. Don’t miss the main square with the imposing cathedral. Puerto Plata Adventures was excellent; highly recommended. Significantly better price than the ship excursions & best of all, small group, excellent guides, comfortable transportation & excellent choice of beach.

Puerto Plata Beach Excursion - Alexander and Angel were great tour guides and very attentive to needs and questions. The beach facilities were better than expected and we enjoyed a cabana whilst on the beach!! This was an excellent excursion and I would highly recommend it!

A very good excursion - A very good excursion and easy to find thanks to their superb instructions!! Lounge chairs, umbrellas and beds were included in the price.The rum punch was also very good

Nice beach break - Very nice beach, too many waves for 5 year old. Adults had fun swimming. Nice seats and umbrella. Very knowledgeable tour guide. Nice air conditioned bus.

Beach Day - It was a nice relaxing day at a beautiful beach. We thought we were just going to the beach for the day, but we ended up going on a tour of a city before heading to the beach.

A really nice trip - This was a nice time, nice beach, and great experience. I felt safe and taken care of. Will come back.

Fair - Very crowded beach with many locals trying to sell junk Buffet was plentiful but equivalent to a Golden Corral. Pool was very nice but bartenders treat cruise customers as 2nd class. Also the drink package only included Classico brand alcohol
