Beautiful city - We have loved the city of Puerto Plata. It is the best way to see everything in a single day. We loved the amber museum, the fortress and the cable car.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! - All of it was great! The guides were great!! Very knowledgeable, safe, and very personable!! Will definitely take tours through Tony Tours again when traveling to Puerto Plata!!

Puerto Vallarta walking tour - On a cruise and took this tour. If you have no problem walking, this is a great tour. Lots of great spots to see including the hotel where Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton had a liaison

Disappointing tour . - The city tour was rather disappointing. We were expecting to visit more places and to hear more interesting stories about Dominican culture. The only valuable part was the visit to Mount Isabel de Torres with the cable car. To be noted that the cable car ticket was not included and that the guide tried to convince us not to stop because of the potential long queue. The rest of the tour was a series of stops to a number of super touristic attractions like Ron factory, chocolate factory and amber factory. All of these places were full of crew ship people and the only clear intention was to make us spend the maximum amount of money. We had a lunch break at the recommended restaurant that was super noisy, expensive and the food was pretty bad. We don't recommend.
