Good tour - Good tour guide, kind and bilingual! We toured a rum plant, did some shopping, ate authentic Dominican food, and my husband got some great cigars!

Fantastic guide … not to be missed - Edwin was a fantastic guide. Wonderfully paced tour taking us to many places and giving us as much time as we wanted at each stop. He was very considerate and knowledgeable. He used our cameras to photograph us at many stops to provide wonderful memories. We definitely recommend him as a guide.

Totally recommend - Excellent tour and our guide was exceptional. He was very helpful and friendly and we didn’t just see the sites but also learned the history. Also, our drivers was great. He always helped us in and out of the van and was very attentive to the roads and traffic.

Amazing tour with great gentleman! - Edwin was an absolute pleasure! I called him to make a reservation for 14 two days in advance. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, but went well above and beyond to accommodate our large group, including a small child and our elderly mother. We had a last minute change, luckily there was extra room and of course, we paid the difference. Our guides, Francisco and Jesus were amazing. We have an addition to our family in Puerto Plata!

The best team/tour guides! - Edwin and his team were so very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and we really enjoyed just learning the history of Puerto Plata. We did the city tour, took us to various shops, and perfect photo opt areas, like umbrella street. They took pictures for us, and waited while we did our thing on the cable car tour....which we appreciated so much! We had an absolute blast! The cable car is a def MUST! THE scenery is spectacular! We felt safe and they will definitely be a repeat customers. HIGHLY SUGGESTED! Prices are very resonable as well! 🙌🏽

Tour so full of interesting actiities - This is a long day but very interesting and filled with activity. Floricel is a wonderful tour guide giving you history information, keeping the group together, and with a keen sense of humor. A visit to the city center gives you a feel for the city. Tours of the chocolate and rum factories are so enjoyable. A visit to the fortress gives you great views but none like the cable car ride to the top of a mountain. Diego is an excellent driver and you will enjoy being led by Floricel.
