JB is the man!!!! - JB is an amazing tour guide! He is very knowledgeable about his country. He took awesome pictures and videos. And most of all, made our group feel like familia! I appreciate him translating for us and even teaching us some Spanish! If I had to choose a tour guide again, I'd still choose JB!

Fantastic! - If you want to have a 1:1 experience with a knowledgeable, polite and respectful guide Luis is your man! He was responsive to messages, arranged a convenient pick up time and mapped the route to ensure we didn't waste time driving around. Luis was amazing! Shared his knowledge of his heritage on the drive to our first location..the Rum Factory. After an interesting and informative rum tour (the six shots of rum were pretty good too 😉) we did a little souvenir shopping at a local joint where the folks there genuinely liked him and he arranged for a personal shopper to walk us through the store (after serving us an amazing mamajuana shot) fantastic place to get items for loved ones. After that a straight shot to a high end cigar factory...he didn't bother taking us to the others as they were not as impressive. Then off to more cultural history at their oldest church and Porta Plata's first hotel. Luis has some rapor with the locals on umbrella street when one of the vendors took some AMAZING pictures and a video of us. At the fortress (500 years old 😯) he again impressed us with his knowledge of the area. This guy is one of the best guides we have experienced. Luis treated us like we were family there for a visit and took his time with us and allowed us to take as little or as much time as we felt we needed. Highly recommend him and when we return with our family we will be booking with him again. So many little things he did that i don't have time to list made this experience a personal and enjoyable one. Thanks Luis, we will see you next time!

JB is the man! - JB really took care of myself and my wife. He showed us a really good time and took us to the beach which was breathtaking, took us on a city tour of Puerto Plata, ate some delicious food at a few restaurants and great food that his mother made for us (she is so nice and she does hair and does pedicures, manicures and does hair). Next time we go back we're definitely hitting him up! Good looks JB!!!
