Amazing . City tour was good but cable car up the mountain was the main highlight - Cable car , botanical garden and especially our tour guide Fabio was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him as a tour guide

Puerta Plata and Mt Isabel for the win! - We loved riding the cable car up to Mount Isabel de Torres. It was beautiful up there. We had great weather and clear skies. We also got to see other highlights in Puerto Plata like the pink street, umbrella street, Fortaleza San Felipe, etc.. The tour was exactly as it is written. Our guide, Nathan, was great. He was communicative the day of so we could find him easily. And the tour company was also very helpful and communicative ahead of time to answer questions and assist when we had to change our tour date. Some of the visits like the chocolate factory and rum factory are a little salesy (but not pressuring), and that is to be expected. The locals rely on tourism. We did get some chocolate! I would definitley recommend.

Puerto Plata cruise stop - Oh my goodness should sum it up. We had an awesome day with an awesome tour guide that really helped us see as much of the city as we could cram into our short visit. I should mention our tour guide was very easy on the eyes and we probably would have followed him off a cliff which I’m pretty sure we just about did with the whole cable car experience. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting the Puerto Plata area.

Fantastic Private tour, book with confidence! - Received a text almost immediately after booking confirming pickup time, guide was on-time, very professional and knowledgeable. Very interesting to see the city of Puerto Plata, pink street, umbrella street etc. It was worth it alone for the cable car though.. there was a massive line as it was a Sunday and many of the locals were there, but thanks to our guide we were able to skip the entire line and entered the cable car basically as soon as we got there. wish we would have spent a bit more time at the Fort of San Felipe but other than that, 10/10!

Great tour - Mr. Fabio was a great guide. Cable car was a great experience. Walking around the area by the cave was a great experience seeing different foliage avd flowers. Seeing Umbrella Street was great. Visiting the Lorimar jewelry factory and purchased a bracelet for my girlfriend. A great tour.

Don’t Waste Your Time or Money - Puerto Plata City Tour - Trip Adviser reviews were 5 stars. Stops included Mount Isabel de Torres, Macorix House of Rum, Independence Central Park, Umbrella Street, Paseo de Dona Blanca (Pink Street), Amber Musuem & Fort San Felipe. To be honest with you, I wasn’t impressed with this tour. It felt like one giant commercial. You watched professionally produced 5-minute clips of the product and then they would try & sell you the product for 15 minutes (rum, chocolate & amber jewelry etc)
