Professional and honest - Very professional, I booked with Rigo on line last year for our family vacation to DR in Puerto Plata, not even knowing what to expect, But Rigo's professionalism and courtesy exceeded our family's expectations. Nice, clean, presidential looking vehicle, free WiFi on the vehicle. Speaks Spanish and perfect English. Rigo knows all of the great places you want to be at as a tourist. Very honest too. If he can not help you in something, he directs you to the right person to help you. You can't go wrong booking with Rigo, for all of your needs during your vacation stay on DR.

Easy communication and very flexible! - Our flight was delayed four different times! Every time I contacted Rigo/Lionel they were always friendly and willing to pick us up even if it meant the middle of the night. When we came out the airport doors after flying for six hours during the night, Lionel was easily visible and quickly took us to our hotel. I appreciated his quick responses so I didn’t have to worry about whether or not he would be there. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Amazing! - Rigo knows everything about the Puerto Plata area. He will tell you what to watch out for. Great service!

Rigo’s transportation - Rigo gave excellent transportation from the airport and provided me with very useful information on the area.

Awesome ride from the airport to the hotel with a stop on the way. - Rigo was awesome, responded quickly and took my friend and I from the airport to our hotel seamlessly and safely. He also made a stop at a bar for us on the way so we could watch the end of the Football playoff game and waited there with us until it was over. Car was clean, very nice and comfortable. I will always use Rigo every time I come back to the DR.

Birthday Trip DR 2021 - Rigo was the absolute best driver ever ! He knew all the great food places. He knew the best excursions for the best prices. He took us wherever we wanted to go and got us there safely. We felt safe with him in foreign territory and he made sure he kept us with transportation at all times. Late night taxi ride - Lionel transported me to the santiago airport on a late Monday night run. This was after my planned driver was unable to be contacted. Lionel and his wife arrived ten minutes early. The ride was very comfortable, spacious, relaxing, and most of all affordable. I highly recommend this service.

The brothers were professional and made sure to wear their masks during the entire ride. - The brothers were extremely knowledgeable. They both spoke English and Spanish which made it easy to communicate. They were on time.

Beyond our expectations ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Rigo & Leonell were extremely professional, timely and welcoming . They wore a mask 😷 through all our adventures and the vehicle was extremely clean. We used their services throughout the week for our private excursions-through their company also. Very knowledgeable of the island and activities. Speak Spanish, English some French and German. Excellent service !!!
