Puerto Plata city tour - Alegria Tours SRL - Manuel is a very knowledgeable guide of the city and the country (history, geography, etc.). On this visit we went to many places in Puerto Plata and the schedule was "flexible" for us. Manuel allowed us to linger longer in certain places, but nevertheless we arrived at the port on time.
