Rafael was a super guide.... - Rafael was a super guide. We had arrived very tired and upset after the long hike from the Amber Cove cruise port to the pick- up point for our tour, which we had not been informed about (although I specifically mentioned my husband’s limited mobility in an earlier email.) Rafael was very solicitous of us and made sure we had access to elevators and easy access to the points of interest. He told us many fascinating things about his beautiful country and about how people live there. He was charming and really helpful. He tailored our tour according to our mobility limitations. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch.

Run! Worst Tour on Viator! - This tour started off terrible. I contacted the company a day before to confirm the meet up location and I was told the operator would be waiting and have a sign with my name on it. Upon arrival, another tour operator had to contact our operator to inquire about where he was. After awhile we were able to locate him. Our tour operator was very accommodating to everyone around us but not for us. He went out of his way to help other people at the different venues we stopped at but he kept leaving us and suggesting we engage in things we weren’t comfortable with. This excursion was terrible! They charged us for lunch which was suppose to be included according to the description online when we booked the excursion but near the end of the excursion they told us lunch was not included. Do yourself a favor and book with a company that honors its description of what is included and has tour operators who actually take care of THEIR customers!
