The BEST in tour of Puerto Plata from the friendliest Dominican famillia I know (now)! - Elian was very communicative before our tour and even helped us arrange transportation from the airport to our resort! I was nervous at first because I don't speak Spanish well but his English is top notch! He was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions and give us insights into real, authentic Dominican lifestyle! He was fabulous and allowed us to tailor our tour to include sights we wanted to see and leave off ones we didn't. I couldn't have asked for a better guide! Best way to communicate is What's App in the DR! 10/10 recommend this company for any of your travel/tour needs!

Wonderful tour of Puerto Plata - We had a wonderful tour with my family of 2 adults and 2 children. Due to it being Easter Sunday, there were some attractions that were closed but our guide quickly came up with some alternatives. We felt safe in all the areas he took us to. Our guide spoke a little English, enough though to provide a great experience and a little conversation. We visited Chocolate Museum, Umbrella Street, Macorix House of Rum (great tastings and prices), Amber Museum, and Fortress San Felipe. Vehicle was newer and clean. I would recommend this tour to all.

Wonderful experience - Jose Sosa was awesome! We enjoyed our tour with him. He made us comfortable upon arrival. He made the tour very relaxing.

Great service and fun experience - This was such a fun experience. Our guide, Kelvin, took us around on a walking tour to different places including the rum factory, chocolate factory, and other places. We were able to pay a little extra and he took us to one of the beaches. I have to give it up to Kelvin for putting up with me and my two sisters. He was a great guide and I would recommend him to others. Muchas gracias

We loved our visit to... - We loved our visit to Puerto Plata. It is a beautiful community with a big heart. Our driver, Kevin, was amazing. His pride of his community was paramount. Thank you for a great day.

Nice tour - Jose was a nice guy. He took us around the highest of puerto plata and other things we requested . He was very friendly. Nice and clean vehicle.

Where's Our Driver? - Most everything we wanted to experience did happen. Would have liked to have gone up the aerial tram, but it wasn't part of our package. The only negative was that we couldn't find our driver as he wasn't holding a sign where all the other drivers were, and I had to call the provider (long distance roaming) to find out his name. I believe he felt guilty about that (and wanting a good review), so he bought us coffee at a cute store.

We enjoy sightseeing not... - We enjoy sightseeing not tour jewelry store or chocolate factory. The whole tour driving area only about 5 miles within city.

Don’t use these guys - Didn’t show, didn’t reply to text, email or calls. UGH. Asking for refund. Amazing that I have to wait for refund after calling help desk for assistance to get tour operator and they didn’t respond to them either.
