Beautiful Adventure - if you want a little adventure and nature, this is the spot. It was my favorite excursion during the entire week.

The perfect exciting adventure! - Fantastic excursion for our day in Amber Cove from our cruise. Everyone involved was very friendly and made our adventure through the zip lines and waterfalls so much fun. It is well worth the cost!

Fun adventure thanks to good energy of Wander and other leaders!! - Wonderful adventure!! The experience was fun! It can get crowded but it was made more fun thanks to our group leader, Wander! Our other leaders, Negro and Argenis (Genis) also made it so fun! They had such good energy on such a busy day.

Fantastic individual tour - My friend and I had a great morning with William and Francis. William picked us up early from our resort and drove us to the park. He pleasantly answered any questions we had about the Domincan and Puerto Plata. We were the first group to arrive at the park! Francis was our guide at the park and he took the 2 of us (no one else joined our group) on the hike up to the ziplines. The ziplines were so much fun! Some were higher up, some got some good speed going, all felt safe and had amazing views. Francis then took us through the 7 waterfalls. We got to jump/slide down the 7 waterfalls, some of them multiple times, and relax for a few minutes in the final pool. We were able to take our time and really enjoy the atmosphere since there was no other groups right behind us. It was such a cool experience! On our hike back down we passed a group of about 50 people going up, we were so glad to have gotten there early and beaten the big groups from the hotels and ships. William looked after all our belongings in the van while we were out at the waterfalls. After, he took us to a local restaurant, Topice, in the country for a delicious local buffet from Carina. We finished off the day with a quick stop at a fruit plantation and cigar factory. Thank you DR Prime, William and Francis for an amazing experience!

Great adventure at the waterfalls! - We had a spectacular time with William and Francis doing the Zipline and Waterfalls tour. William picked us up from our hotel and drove us out to the waterfalls. He was very friendly and answered all our questions about the DR on the drive. Francis took over as our guide through the Zipline and Waterfalls and he was an amazing guide. He pointed out all the different plants on the hike up and made sure we took breaks when needed on the hike (it's about 30-45 min). I had brought my waterproof camera with me and Francis also took a ton of videos and pictures of us as we ziplined and went down the waterfalls. The waterfalls were fantastic and beautiful! We jumped and slid down 7 waterfalls and we're able to repeat a few. Once we got back to the park (20min hike) William picked us up and took us to a delicious Dominican lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a visit to a plantation, then back to our hotel. A few things that made the excursion fantastic (other than the friendly guides): we got to the waterfall park at 8am and were some of the first people there, we also booked on a day when no cruise ships were in port so we pretty much had the ziplines and waterfalls to ourselves, no lines, no waiting. Booking through DR Prime gave us a private tour compared to the large groups we saw hiking up when we were hiking down. William was an excellent guide for the morning and Francis kept us safe and entertained while we had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend this tour if you are looking for an adventure close to Puerto Plata!

An Experience Like No Other!!! - OMG!!! A must go!!! Price is right…we went as a family of 5 and it was so personable, they were patient with any one who did this adventure for the first time!!! Super knowledgeable and such unforgettable experience for the whole family!!! And his photographer came along and took some great pictures and videos, did not miss a moment!!! Definitely will be back to book another trip with you guys!!! Thank you again my kids are still talking about the fun they had!!!

Fantastic family day - So much fun for the entire family! We had the pleasure of going with DR Prime Tours for a day of fun & lunch in the most authentic way. We would love to go back and do it all over again.

They welcomed us, guided us the whole way through, made sure we were taking care of through ziplining, hiking and sliding down waterfalls. They took us for a lovely, authentic lunch and ended the tour with a visit to a nice plantation. The trip was suited for both kids, adults and a grandmother, and We would all highly recommend this trip and our guides

Lots of fun! - Really fun day, a little bit tricky coordinating but DR Tours made it work. We were the only 2 out of 8 people that were signed up for both Zip Lines and Waterfalls, which requires more time, so there was some creative last minute juggling to group us with other couples and get us in the queue for zip lines faster, but everything worked out and we were back on the ship in plenty of time with our original group of 8. The Damajagua site does get very crowded and it is definitely not a 4 hour tour. Make sure you have 5 hours to do both zip lines and waterfalls and you like to hike. Lunch was really nice and the photos were a great perk.
