Great Experience, friendly guides - Great experience. We were a family of 8 and these guys really take care of us and made sure we had a great experience. One of the guides asked me for my phone and kept it to record and take pictures. All I have to say is WOW. The videos and pictures were awesome and way better than anything I would have captured.

Great experience and guides! - Our experience with DR Prime tours was fantastic! Before the trip, William was very responsive in answering our questions and helping get us ready for the trip. He sent a map which made it easy to find the tour from our cruise. Claudio accompanied us all day and took great pictures and videos and was super nice; my kids loved joking around with him! Franklin and the team at the 7 waterfalls at Damajagua were so much fun and the fresh mangos were a nice treat. The buffet lunch included was hearty and delicious. William gave us history and information on the area during our drive back. Finally our beach horseback ride was lovely and our tour guide helpful and patient with the kids. I would highly recommend this company and tour. Note that we did the 7 waterfalls, lunch and beach horseback riding trip.

Horseback Riding on the Beach and Sightseeing - Our guides, Pedro and Jason were great! They took amazing photos and videos. The whole experience was beautiful and relaxing. Cannot wait for next time.

Horseback riding and city tour - My start on this adventure was a little rough as I didn’t know where my cruise ship would dock. But William came to my rescue. He gave me some excellent history about Puerto Plata and brought me to many of the highlights of this city. Then he brought me to the horseback riding farm. At that point Che (not sure how to spell his name) took me out to the beach where we walked, trotted and cantered on the beach. We wound our way to another more remote beach where we picked up a couple more rider’s including Pedro- another guide. The five of us made our way to a local river where we swam with the horses. We then trekked through some beautiful and shaded farm areas, through a pretty little town and ended up where I started. William returned me to my cruise ship at Taino Bay in plenty of time to relax on my way back to the ship. It was lots of fun and I really appreciated how this group bent over backwards to make this a special day for me as a solo traveler

Pedro Horse back ridonf - Pedro was an awesome tour guide. I was scared at first. Pedro made me calm and I had a very good time. Horses were calm and gentle. Loved every minute of it..one thing off my bucket list

Greedy Business - We booked this tour months in advance for $55 per person. Just about a week before tour, we received an email from the tour operator saying that tour is cancelled because minimum of 3 people are required, the person then try to sell me other tours. At that moment, I was like this tour is so unpopular that only two of us are booking it? Then I went to TripAdvisor website and found out that they still have the same tour with same date and time listed for $65 per person. So I emailed the tour guide and asking if the tour will continue if we cancel the original booking and then rebook the $65 tour. Then the tour operator emailed me back and told me not to be rebook and just pay $65 extra in cash during day. WHAT?!!.... What kind of operation is that? If we don't pay you $65 extra on tour day, you are not going to take me back? Feeling that this is not a trustworthy tour operator, I then cancelled my booking. Magically, about an hour later, this tour operator emailed me again saying that someone just made the reservation and telling me to rebook the tour. Well.. NO THANKS. Once you lose the trust in your customer, its very difficult to get it back. We have decided to go with other tour operators.
