Excellent Falls tour experience - The Falls tour was fun and the guides did a great job, Miguel and Elizabeth. Lunch was much appreciated too! Well organized and on time.

10 stars - Elizabeth and Johnny were 10 stars! Free WiFi in the van, water and lunch! Elizabeth was waiting for us and texted us to help us find her. The van was nice and clean and super cold! We loved it. Then the waterfall experience was amazing!! Our guide Andrew was very kind and attentive! When we come back to DR we would use DSRR again!

Brilliant day, even if it was raining - We did the damajagua waterfalls l, what an incredible experience. We got greeted by the lovely Mara who waited just where they told us they would be outside the port exit. Our driver papi chulo was a right laugh made us feel so welcome. Once we got to the waterfalls Claudio joined us who took all our pictures and captured every moment he was brilliant. I couldn’t fault the company we had a brilliant day

Highly recommend - The waterfall hike was incredible. It was so beautiful and such a fun adventure. We drove 4 hours from Santo Domingo to do this, and it was totally worth it. The tour guides were fun and polite too. The photographer was a fun guy, but the photos were really, really awful (terrible lighting, weird framing, bad focus). So you may want to check their examples first. Luckily I brought my phone and took lots of my own photos that turned out great. At the end they took us to a souvenir stop, which I was going to ask to skip. But even that was fun!

Don't miss this highlight of the Dominican Republic! - This is definitely for those who do not have problems hiking(there was lots of steps up and uneven terrain) or getting fully submerged in water. My sister and I had booked this excursion separate from our cruise. We had an awesome experience. The hike and scenes of nature were beautiful. We had close to 30 members in our group with multiple range of ages. You will either jump into water or slide down the formed slides in the rocks. The guides ensure the safety of everyone throughout the entire excursion and they were very friendly and fun. We were transported by Mara and another gentleman to and from the start of the excursion. Unfortunately, we did not have any way to protect our cameras in water so we were not able to get any pictures. I would definitely recommend this scenic adventure to your to do list.

Right from the day of booking, they maintained consistent communication. Remarkably, when my cruise disembarked at a different port, they were proactive in discovering the change and promptly informed me before I even realized it. Upon disembarkation, they were already present, ready and waiting. The added bonus of complimentary Wifi in their air-conditioned van was a thoughtful touch. The tour guides displayed an impressive blend of friendliness and professionalism, treating us like cherished family members. The trip itself was filled with excitement, featuring exhilarating jumps from waterfall cliffs. Some of the ponds were quite deep, and considering my wife's non-swimming preference, they accommodated her by allowing a gentle slide down the falls and ensuring her safe passage to land. To my delight, she thoroughly enjoyed the trip alongside us. What sets this group apart is their ability to stay ahead of the larger cruise crowds. By the time we completed our adventure, the larger groups were just beginning to appear, making for a more intimate and enjoyable experience.

Super fun waterfall adventure! - The views were amazing and the guides were very friendly! The food was great, and you could eat all you wanted!

Best excursion experience - We had such an amazing experience. All of the tour guides were so welcoming and sweet and thoughtful. Especially Mara, Anthony & Philip. They talked us through everything, made jokes, took pictures, gave us water and reminded us to drink. We had to switch our shoes to water shoes and they even held our shoes for us. Even after they drove us around some pretty tourist areas before dropping us back off at our hotel. 100/10 would recommend to book with them.
