STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT - STP STEPPED UP AND SAVED US! - STP CARIBE IS THE BEST COMPANY. We had originally booked with another company- we confirmed airport to hotel transfer and return. That other company completely ghosted us the day we arrived (April 30th 2024), that other company never responded to my texts or calls and I think they also had blocked me on WhatsApp. We were at the Cancún airport and weren’t sure what to do. I found STP through some quick google research while frantically pacing baggage claim. I called STP and asked if there was any way they could help. When I tell you, Edgar was at the airport with a luxury SUV within TEN MINUTES of me calling. They actually ended up waiting for us while we were still waiting on our luggage! And there were ice cold drinks in a cooler waiting for us in the car. A blue sedan had made a super unsafe lane change and Edgar’s safe driving, laser focus, and quick reaction time saved us from getting into a car accident. STP quite literally saved us twice in one day. We obviously re-booked them for our ride back to the airport from our resort which was today (5/8/24). Juan D. was at the hotel 20 minutes early (which I personally loved) but there was no pressure to get in the car early he told us to take our time and he was there whenever we were ready. The drop off was smooth, comfortable, and it was so nice to not stress about our ride knowing STP had us. We’ll be back in the near future for our honeymoon, can’t wait to use them again and I will refer them to anyone I know traveling to Mexico. Thank you thank you STP!!!

Stp Caribe - The Best - Stp Catibe was Fantastic. Edgar was our driver from the airport to our hotel. He had everything I requested in the SUV and he was a Fantastic driver. Will definitely use Stp Caribe again.

Easy and helpful! - I was having trouble securing an airport transfer that could guarantee toddler car seats from and to the airport, and Bernadeth P, the Viator agent was so patient and helpful when I made the reservation, that I felt confident our transportation needs were going to be met, and I wasn't wrong. SPM Caribe delivered 100%. I highly recommend booking through Viator

Never on time - Departure was delayed. No one showed up- hotel had us continually wait for our ride to depart back to the airport. The same can be said for our pickup from the airport- no one was there to pick us up when we arrived.
