Remember to take cash! - We had a great time!! We went on the zip lines, ATVs, horseback riding, and went to the cenote. No complaints! Staff was friendly and helpful. Remember to take cash.

A birthday celebration - I had the most amazing time of my life! We rode horses, atvs, zip line and cenotes and it made my birthday a memory to always have.

Amazing!! Highly recommend👌 - First I'd like to thank our driver. He made us very comfortable and treated us all so very kind. The ATV trip, zip line and Cenote swim was all AMAZING!!! Our guides were so much fun and energetic. It was safe and amazing weather for it all. I give this a 5☆ rating and highly recommend this to any adventure seeking individual. Thank you to all who made this a huge hit for all to enjoy 😊

Outstanding - The tour guides were very nice and did all they could to ensure we were safe from harm and that we had a good time. They joked with us and made us laugh.

My kids are 7 and 11 and loved it ! - We had a great time ! You definitely get your moneys worth . Cenote is beautiful and zip line was perfect for my kids . Like my seven year old said not too adventurous but not for babies either lol the staff could be nicer and maybe allow more times at the end when you review pics . Cameras are not allowed so that you can purchase pics . I understand that this is how they make money but at the same time many tourist are trying to limit unnecessary spending . We felt rushed and didn’t get to look through them before buying them so we just purchased all . Highly recommend horse riding and ask for Chuy … he was definitely the nicest and most attentive . My sister was terrified ( it being her first time ) and he made her feel at ease and comfortable . If you have bad joints or arthritis, maybe stay away from the atv. My wrist and thumbs definitely were feeling the terrain ….

Just don’t… - Just don’t do it. If something has to label itself “the best”, that should tell you enough. This excursion was mediocre at best. ATV “tour” takes you on the same road that you came in on (very anticlimactic), horse ride — they were on short reigns and took you down the same pathway. Zip line was nothing like we expected… we were expecting to end up at Selvática and were bummed when we drove right by it after such a long drive. Instead, it was a few short platforms… nothing to write home about. You’re not allowed to take your phone so instead there’s a photographer. The man was pushy after we told them we didn't want the photos. There was no way was I gonna fork out an extra $80 on this tour. Lunch was fried fish on a tortilla with no sauce and a scoop of rice… snooze.

They did not honor our tickets and did not pick us up. We were ready to go and had pre purchased this excursion. - We purchased our atv, cenotes and zip line adventure and we’re very disappointed when we called them the morning of the tour and we’re told that they did not have room for us in spite of us having paid and had our tickets purchased. They, said that it is required to confirm with them 24 hours ahead. This had not been communicated to us at all in our booking. I would like a refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR GET SCAMMED - We had booked two separate groups for the same time my group of 5 and another group of 2. The organizers then told us the group of 2 had to change their time. We said we only wanted to do it if we could all go together but they ignored and sent a car in the morning anyways. We ended up not going and only got a 50% refund. Would advise strongly against this trip.

# BEWARE# - I booked my trip on Sunday afternoon for Monday at noon. I checked several times throught the evening ( Sunday) and during the morning ( Monday ) for any messages. We got into the lobby just before 11:30a to wait for our transportation. At around 11:50 after no one had shown up I call the local tour operator to find out what was going on. After calling and someone answered but he must not have been able to hear me. But he did texted me. I texted back who I was and confirmation number and that we have been waiting since a little before 11:30 he texted back and said the driver was there at 11:20 and that they sent the message through trip advisor. I received no messages from anyone! He stated nothing I can do for you since this is a no show. So there was another number that was to another travel agency in Las Vegas. Much better treatment from them and one of the people I talked to stated that if they had sent a message they would also be able to see that. Which they never sent. I said I'd be more than happy to reschedule for the trip but as of Tuesday no one contacted me about that so I again called the Las Vegas number and they got me my refund. But the office here in Cancun never replied to me again so just beware of them because it was dishonest behavior! Lake Erie Guy.

Not Worth The Money, Pay The Extra TRUST ME - PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Go to XPLOR! Been to Cancun many times & I do not recommend! The horse ride was about 10 mins in a large group! Horses were wondering off into the woods to eat the leaves, all horses were close together which Caused some to act out. One horse tried to bite my horse so I ended up getting off and walking the rest of the way! The ATVs literally took you in a circle you are on the ATVs for about 10 mins also because the stop during of the time to keep everyone together. Zip line was only 2 lines & was horrible no thrill! Only good thing was the the cenote & lunch Ohhhh but yes they do take good pictures of you $85 usd for 80 pictures
