Incredible family experience - Our entire family (ages 5-72) booked a snorkel trip with Ruben and it was a great experience from booking to the end. Great communication throughout the booking process. One pickup was running late and they immediately emailed to tell me that so we wouldn’t stress. You can put down a down payment and pay the rest when you get there. We had three kids with us who had never snorkeled before and Ruben chose a calm, shallow area for us filled with fish and coral. Everything was very relaxed and unhurried. They provided extra guides to help with the kids and just turned it into an experience of a lifetime. Annie even worked one on one with the five year old who was a little hesitant at first. He did great! My husband and I have been divers for 35 years and it was wonderful to share this experience securely with our whole family. I think some of the other guides were Oscar’s and Pedro. This was a real highlight of our vacation and highly recommend this company. Just WOW!

Loved it! - We had a great time! We were the only two people on that snorkeling tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. (I had a bit of a reaction at first to fitting myself with the mask; my husband got a little ill, probably from not enough food and water before leaving shore, or from having swallowed some seawater.) Every person we dealt with from making the reservations to the actual snorkeling was helpful and wanted to help us have a good time.

Excellent guides and a fantastic experience! - We had such a good time! The guide and captain were super friendly and although we did not see too much, it was a great experience! And Reuben is so nice, he let us borrow masks to snorkel off the beach.

Must do - Great time . Lots of fish to see and good people guiding us . It was our first time and we had a great tim. Our daughter 14 , loved it

Cracking half day. Beach at Puerto Morelos is also great - Beautiful reef , plenty of time to snorkel and our guide pointed out lots of great fish. There was quite a current when we went, so we swim with it in one long snorkel and then a a short one rather than the usual 40 mins x 2 . Saw a spotted grouper , huge stingray, lots of diff sized barracudas and many other fish. Coral was in good healthy condition which was also lovely to see

Amazing Snorkeling puerto Morelos lighthouse tours - I went snorkeling with lighthouse tours on the beach outside of the excellence Rivera Cancun hotel (I stayed at a different hotel nearby but you can still go). I booked the day before with J. Sanchez who is posted at the little puerto Morelos town square. He was super accommodating and I communicated with him through WhatsApp, he took care of all the accommodations! All I had to do was show up! It was $40 USD for about an hour and a half of snorkeling. My snorkeling tour guide’s name was Ricardo. He was super kind, accomadating, funny, and made sure everyone was safe. All snorkeling gear is provided for you including: life jacket, mask, tube, flippers, and water to drink. The reef was amazing, so many schools of fish! I saw parrot fish, barracudas, grupers, and more!!

Very impressed with this company! - This was a really good experience from beginning to end. Well organised, very friendly and helpful lady took our late booking. Both the on board guide and captain/ guide were excellent and really took care of my wife who is not at all confident in the water to ensure that she also enjoyed the experience. Would certainly recommend Dive with Ruben to everyone, and well worth the little bit extra compared to some cheaper operators. Thank you!

A little disappointed - Nice seabed, a little limited organization, we use a taxi to pick up several people. A black point is the side, we try to help you but in fact we do not do it (ex: TAXI car of 4PAX from a hotel club $46 American one way - Exchanges with the organizer who pretends found a solution at 600 pesos for a 5PAX car one way, nice... but the boat picked up people on the beach less than 1500m from our club... so we had to pay $46 x 2. .. ). You might as well not pretend.

Worst experience of Cancun Trip. - The guides on boat didnt explain or point to anything. They abruptly decided to not make the two stops and instead make us swim all the route to final pickup point. And then the whole hour was spent just swimming towards the final spot. The guide didnt even bother to slow down upon seeing people not able to catchup, or adjusting snorkels or flippers. They kept the speed at the rate of the most experienced person snorkeling. We had already kept our 7 year old son on boat to avoid slowing down the whole experience. We barely managed to have clear visibility due to the cloudy sky but the pace of guide was relentless. I guess the guides were Ricardo and Joel if I remember correctly. Time and Money wasted. Nobody at Dive at Rueben’s asked us abut our experience or feedback after getting back. Horrible washrooms at the office. Door wouldn’t lock. No toilet seat.
