Perfect day…..again!! - Visited them 2 years in a row. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and kept the beverages flowing. If you like to float on a sandbar, this is the place to be. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Experience from Start to Finish! - If you are looking for a unique, fun and relaxing way to spend an afternoon this is the excursion for you! We were picked up at our resort on time and arrived at La Bonita Marina to check in, pay our docking fees ($15 each - pretty standard for any excursion out of a marina) and head out to sea in a beautiful catamaran. There was plenty of room on the catamaran for the 15 guests and four staff members. Our "tour director" Jose gave us the rundown on safety, schedule, use of the lavatory, and the areas of the boat for us to hang out. Then we were off! Our group immediately started introducing ourselves and learning about each other's lives when not in paradise. We were blessed to be sailing with folks from the US and Canada (and YES - they are extremely nice people!) Jose, Freddy, and Martin were constantly refilling our drinks, helping us maneuver around the boat safely and ensuring our every need was met. We sailed out to the sand bar - which was just as beautiful as all of the pictures AND we WERE the only boat there (no "fake" pictures on Tripadvisor that end up being completely false when in reality.) The waters were high for our trip - so the water was over our heads, or up to our shoulders in one area. My husband snorkeled around a bit, and my son and I just hung out on the floating mats with our new friends. After an hour that flew by, we were asked to return to the catamaran, were allowed to rinse ourselves off with warm, fresh water from a hose on board, and then had a simple, but good, lunch of a ham sandwich, chips and an apple. We then pulled up anchor and headed out to sea for a relaxing ride. We continued to enjoy great conversation with the other guests on board, all the beverages we could possibly want, and super comfortable resting spots at the front of the boat. I highly suggest grabbing a spot on the netting in the front of the boat. It is very comfortable, you are less likely to get sea sick, and ...it's just cool! We slowly made our way back to the marina and said our goodbyes to our new friends and our hosts. We all agreed this was one of, it not THE best, excursions we had ever been on. The ONLY thing that could have made it a little better is more time on the sand bar. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for helping us make memories we will always remember!

Fun afternoon sail! - Such a fun afternoon. Crew was fabulous! Highly recommend for all ages. Drinks and lunch provided. Also time to lay on rafts and swim.

I highly recommend this place! - The workers were beyond helpful and kind towards me and my boyfriend. I never had an empty hand! The views were beautiful and so beyond relaxing. The lunch was a perfect size and tasted very good. I’ve never experienced a sandbar so private yet gorgeous at the same time. HIGHLY recommend this place!

Wonderful - I had a wonderful time on this excursion! The crew was fun and the group of people on my excursion were friendly. It was relaxing and the sandbar was awesome! I would recommend this tour and would do it again myself!

Family and friends - We went with another family, good friends, and had an amazing time. Crew was unbelievable, drinks lunch, and a great time at the sandbar. Highly recommend, good value. Can’t say enough about the crew.

The group was very small... - The group was very small so we were able to really enjoy ourselves. The less the better. The bartender was excellent and made sure we were comfortable!

Great afternoon! - Crew were very friendly and attentive. Group was a comfortable size to visit with but not feel crowded. Being on the Caribbean and the sandbar were wonderful!

Check the wind before you go - I urge you, as a customer, to check the wind before you go on this. Our wind speed was 15 - 18MPH, and half of the boat was sick. It would have been great at a lower wind level. Due to the wind, the sand bar was like a wild ride. I was disappointed they did not postpone the trip. On the positive side, the staff was great.
