Don't think about it, just book it. - I had a great experience. Part of our snorkeling excursion had to be exchanged which was fine. The team was very accommodating and we were able to replace it with a private cenote. We had a blast! Mary and her partner ( I cant remember his name- sorryyyyy) Frananda, Flora were awesome!!

Very fun - This place was fun and staff was very welcoming our instructor Miguel was very cool and funny make sure to ask for him. Everything was beautiful water from the cenote was very cold and clear water even had a zip line that dropped you in the water out of the experience I’d give it a 5 star! Tequila tasting was the best had to buy a bottle

Great time overall! - Great getaway for the day! Just don’t buy all the add ons, not worth it and you get all the same experience. But the time and experiences were perfect for a quick getaway from the resort

Leave your GoPro at the hotel - The ziplines were short and low, pretty uneventful. The ATVs were really just a way to get from one cenote to another in a single file line on a gravel path and road. The cenotes were beautiful and very fun. We especially liked the second cenote, which was open (vs underground). It had a few ziplines and several jumping platforms. Note, we were not allowed to take our phones or GoPros. This was a huge bummer for me. I have no video, and the photos they took and offered to sell us for $80 were low quality compared to what I could have made on my own. It's a part of my family's very vacation that will only live in our memories because they wouldn't allow me to capture it myself. This happened in Puerto Morales, too, with our snorkel excursion. Buyer beware.

Unorganized…. It was nice... - Unorganized…. It was nice but could have been better if things ran a little smoother. I felt like they couldn’t keep up with who did what activity. Everyone was nice but unorganized

Not at all what I was expecting - I was excited to do this tour and it was on my Birthday which I strategically planned to have fun on. Arriving things were organized and good at first sight until we reached the payment counter. We were hit with all kinds of fees as expected in Mexico the hidden fees but they were ridiculous. I paid for single atvs was told we had to share or pay alot more. We paid the fees and began our adventure. The bartender selling the different kinds of Tequila was so funny, nice, and friendly he definetly deserves a raise. The ziplining was not exciting, not high, and boring. Next the Atvs were horrible very old sliding everywhere and dangerous that u will hit a tree. GET THE INSURANCE or get charged by them for there already broken atvs and terrible terrain. The terrain was full of huge stones buried in the dirt. You can't really ride good because of the slow lines on the very narrow path u have to stay in. I have ridden atvs all over the world this was the worst ever. They must build a correct path or dig up the stones and tree roots in the ground. After that invest in brand new atvs me and all my friends almost crashed into trees slid off the path due to the quality of the atv and terrain. Last the Cenote now we went to ik kil the day before which was amazing this one here just looks like a dirty pool. However swimming period is fun to me and the little cliff jumps around it made it not feel so much like a dirty pool. All and all I give the whole place a zero it's literally a dump in the woods. However the staff was amazing with making you forget all the bad stuff about it and say ehh at least the staff is fun. They really make up for the not so much experience u expected to have. I would say what else do u have to do in Mexico??
