Nice way to see some cenotes - The cenotes were amazing and the tequila tasting was fun. The guides were really fun and helpful. They were excellent. There was a little too much time at the end before the van took us home. A little too much upselling at the end. But overall we enjoyed the afternoon

A fun afternoon, if not exactly as described - We had a fun afternoon on this tour. There were some glitches: the driver didn't speak English, we didn't speak Spanish, and when he left four of us by the side of the road "for five minutes" it was disconcerting. But all was well and we were taken to the activities. It was not at all clear that we were going to an extreme activity park - it didn't make a difference, just was unexpected. The cenotes were beautiful, the bumpy ride through the forest had everyone laughing. The tequila tasting was just awesome - wonderful presenter. We walked past the Mayan exhibits ("museum") but the tour didn't stop by any of them - a disappointment as we would have enjoyed seeing what they had to offer. For the price it was a good deal, just unexpected. Lots of very friendly people guiding us through the activities. It was advertised as a four hour event - 1:30 - 5:30pm - it actually was 12:15 - 6:30pm.

Great experience and wonderful photos (paid)!! 🥰 - Great experience! Visit to 3 Cenotes, it was very beautiful. I would have liked to have been able to spend more time at each Cenote, it was a quick 20 minutes per cenote. + Road, so much activity, that was a shame... The tour of the history of chewing gum did not take place. Unless walking past and hearing a phrase corresponds to the visit 😅. Tasting the different tequilas was great! We didn't feel like they were trying to sell it at all costs, it was just nice to taste. And the tacos were okay, nothing exceptional (compared to other tacos during our stay). Downside: they only accepted payment in MXN, they didn't have exchange 🤔 we had to pay by credit card so +8% in fees... The photographer took wonderful photos!! BUT, it is not explained that he takes photos of us and that we then have to buy them if we want them. It's about $60 CAD for all the photos he takes, he sends them to you by phone and 1 photo of our choice printed. He really puts a lot of effort into making us make beautiful poses for beautiful memories. So, if you don't want to buy them at the end, tell him from the beginning so he doesn't waste his time on you 😅

Dangerous, Rushed & Unwelcoming, but nice ziplines - Tour guide rushed us the entire time- it felt like our group was being pushed through an assembly line. Cenote is fun, but brief. It was my first time zip lining, and it was great! The ATV is extremely dangerous- I witness 2 people hit and fall off and get injured within a few minutes apart. I have done ATV in multiple countries, and this was by far the roughest, most dangerous and ill-prepared from a safety standpoint. Once again, everything felt very rushed, therefore the staff completely skipped the safety guidance before. Also, the ATVs themselves are worn down and poorly serviced. Beware!! Unfortunately the staff was quite defensive and unapologetic, solely focused on trying to upsell us. Note: the drive from Tulum was 2.5+ long with 5+ stops to pick up others.
