This tour was AMAZING!!! There was... -
This tour was AMAZING!!! There was so much to see and do, and our guide Hector had so much knowledge. Chichen Itza just kind of takes your breath away. We were there during the hottest season so it was HOT, but our guides took good care of us by feeding us, providing lots of water, selling bug spray, and giving us lots of tequila :. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat :

Picking up was more or less on time... -
Picking up was more or less on time. . We were taken all the way back to hotel zone we were staying downtown cancun where we had to stop for breakfast thought breakfast was going to be served on the bus, atleast that's the impression I had. I am a vegan and I did put this under special requests at the time of booking but when I reached for breakfast there was nothing vegetarian for me so I ended up without breakfast. I booked this tour because I wanted a bus with comfortable seats and a toilet but the bus was by no means a luxury bus. The toilet facility is a makeshift toilet in the middle of all the other passengers. Bus was filled to the max and a mini van came along and tried to take us in that van. Credit to the tour guide who did not send us with the minivan because then that would have been a really big issue as I paid for an all inclusive luxury tour. The guide was bilingual and very knowledgeable and imparted this knowledge on everyone. However, while he was speaking some passengers were talking to each other and he shut them up. That was totally unprofessional. He spoke way too much, for the entire journey not a break and I felt forced that I had to listen and not fall asleep or else I would be embarassed for not listening. He promised there would be vegetarian lunch and insisted I tried the soup. Luckily I did not because the soup was iguana soup and there was no vegetarian lunch except salad. Guide was a 67 year old person who did not give his name but gave many sad stories and tried to force people to buy rum sold by them.He talked about respecting tour guides and they had families to see about and left a basket for a tip! A price was paid for this tour but there was no open bar as promised with no explanation. The tour was too long 14 hours and at the end we had to cramp up in a suffocating bus to return to hotel. Chichen itza, cenote and Valladolid worth the trip, bus seat ok but this tour is overpriced!

I would NOT recommend this tour for a... -
I would NOT recommend this tour for a few key reasons:
1. The tour was mostly in Spanish. As the ticket taker said 95 of the bus is Spanish speaking. Therefore, what happened was of all of the time he was speaking, 70 of it was to the Spanish speakers, and 30 was to the English speakers there were about 12. He spent the first 60-90 minutes of the tour exclusively in Spanish, as we sat there confused, and then angry. He finally switched to English, and rushed through a truncated version of his Spanish speech. At that point, my next issue came up.
2. The bus/tour was an ongoing informercial for whatever garbage the tour guide was trying to sell. First, it was bug spray for the ruins, to prevent Zika/etc. 10. Then, he shifted to trying to sell a silver pendant necklace that we could buy during a stop. Next on to the Mayan Papyrus. For only a few dollars, to support the kids, you could buy a piece of paper with Mayan hieroglyphics commemorating any important date you wanted. And, because we were on a bus and stuck there, there was nothing we could do but listen to this sales pitch. We stopped for lunch, where we were forced to wait an additional 45 minutes in the Mayan community which was basically a tourist souvenir shop with Mayan stuff, before we could actually EAT lunch. During lunch, they took our pictures with people in Mayan garb, which brings me to the last sales attempt. Mayan alcohol think cough syrup, where they had printed out the pictures we took at lunch and taped them to the bottles. It was RIDICULOUS. And worst off they had a student try and pitch it to us by serving us a little and giving a toast. Again, we were on the bus and there was nothing we could do but listen.
3. The ENTIRE reason we came to the trip, seeing the Chichen Itza Ruins, was ruined due to the ineptitude of the tour operators. We got off the bus, were handed our tickets, and then split between English speakers and Spanish speakers. The Spanish speakers got into the site and immediately started their informational tour. We were told to follow a different, English speaking, guide, to have our tour. We were surprised to hear we had to wait for another tour group to join ours before our tour started. After more than 30 minutes waiting, they finally joined us. Ultimately, this meant we had a rushed tour to only 2 of the areas of the site, that we had to leave early in order to make it back to the bus in time. It was unacceptable.

The only redeeming factors was that I actually got to see Chichen Itza, and the cenote which was the last stop before heading home.

Overall, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TRIP. We could have spent another 1-2 hours at Chicken Itza if it weren't for their greediness. They are just trying to take advantage of your and take your money. Find a reputable tour company that doesn't try and sell you anything, and values your time.
