Awesome Experience! - This is the perfect tour for people who arrive in Cancun in the morning and want to do something in the afternoon or have to leave Cancun in the afternoon and still want to do some activities in the morning. My tour guide Andrea and her team really tried their best to make sure my parents and I have a great time. Definitely recommend this tour. The lunch after snorkeling was also delicious!

Wife left me for an eagle stingray - We had fun and it was good. My girlfriend, now ex, saw a sting ray and has since shacked up with them. So whilst i’m happy to have seen such diverse aquatic life, i am disappointed i no longer have a girlfriend. Would recommend. Also i saw a barracuda, this too was good.

A fabulous day trip! - Leo was such a wonderful guide and kept us informed, enhanced, and safe in the ocean for first timers. We all enjoyed this day seeing gorgeous fish and learning about the coral reef. Leo was so knowledgeable about the reef and we all learned about how important caring for this fragile ecosystem is to all! Thank you for a fabulous day Leo…. And our photos were amazing too!

Great day in the ocean! - We had such a great time on this snorkeling adventure! Our boat captain and guides were very careful and safety conscious. We saw beautiful fish and coral reefs. On the second location, we saw schools of fish and a coral nursery. Outstanding day.

Beautiful reef, awesome time! - The reef was beautiful, we saw a turtle, lobster and so many different kinds of fish, it was amazing! The guides were awesome, they made sure we could see the turtle and lobster. One of them showed us a beautiful conch shell with a crab inside! The food at lunch was sooo good too at the Fish Market restaurant! Make sure you bring extra money for tips and if you want to buy souvenirs, the town Puerto Morelos had some really neat stuff for sale.

Great Crew but too crowded- poor transport - It was a fun snorkel morning and our guide, Andi was great. She was expert and friendly and very helpful. The captain and the rest of the crew were great also. They found us great places to see lots of cool fish and beautiful coral even though the weather was windy and the sea was rough. It was challenging to swim and keep up because of the rough water and strong currents that day. But the crew kept us all together and helped us. It was relaxing to have the breakfast eggs with beans and chips after the snorkel with the beautiful ocean view. Really tasty meal. Margaritas were a bonus. The facilities looked great. The downside was that the tour had too many participants (19). The tour was advertised as 12 guests maximum which is why I chose that particular tour rather than others that were less expensive. We were hoping for a more intimate experience and a safer one from a pandemic perspective. The huge group, which included a team of 9 rowdy young men was a bit much. We kept getting kicked and pushed. The transport from Riviera Maya took a long time because there were so many stops from far flung places. The driver on the way was good but the one one the return went over the bumps so fast that we were launched into the air several times and came down so hard that I have a bruised tailbone and my kid hurt their neck.

Short & Scenic - The staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and enjoyable to be around. Our group was about 14 people. We saw lots of beautiful fish, a sea turtle, and a sting ray. This was my first time snorkeling, and I felt safe and well taken care of. Drinks and food after were good. I do wish we could’ve spent more time snorkeling. It’s advertised as two 45 min swims, but it was really one 30 min and one 20 min. Overall, I’d recommend this to beginners and those who want a short and scenic trip trip through the National Reef Park.

Unfortunately, a disappointing experience - The excursion stated it was for a maximum of 12 persons. We had 21. The water was rough and we had an individual injured attempting to get on and off the boat. The motor on the boat was in ill repair requiring a delay while they attempted 4 different batteries to get it operational. There were only 2 guides and a camera man in the water with the 21 participants 2 were children and a mother that were beginners. One party chose not to go in at the second area because they did not feel safe exiting/entering the boat or water. Plant life hood. Minimal underwater life seen.
