Highlights
  • Beach Club Ojo de Agua - Dive for the first time in the second largest Barrier Reef in the world and discover a new world underwater.

This experience has three parts:

· Theoretical class by qualified instructors where you will be given an introductory talk to diving, you will be shown the equipment and its operation. (duration time between approximately 30 and 40 minutes)

· Pool practice: You will test your equipment and do basic diving exercises. (duration time between approximately 30 and 40 minutes)

· Double diving starting from a boat in the Puerto Morelos National Park. (duration time between approximately 3 hours)

Between the theoretical class, the practice in the pool and the two dives, this experience can take you 5 hours.

We will have snacks and water available for you at all times.

This experience requires at least two people.

Additional Information

Our instructors are trained to make your first diving experience unforgettable, they will teach you and help you at all times, whether outside or in the water, they will dive with you, until you become confident enough to dive on your own.
You will learn to dive in the best conditions, shallow reefs, full of life, with warm waters and very good visibility.

If you arrive by car, there is a Six at the entrance, and a sign that says "Ki Restaurant." In the parking lot is the palapa with a sign "Scuba Public School." If you arrive walking along the beach, from the Lighthouse you walk to the left side, there is a giant heart and some signs, in front of the Ojo de Agua.

An incredible experience! I highly recommend and would do it again! - My first experience searching was exceptional! The team was very attentive, they helped me with any concerns I had. Inside the sea it was incredible I definitely recommend it highly and would do it again.

Wonderful experience - Had the begginer experience with them. They were very quick to answer to arrange the session beforehand. On the day, the preparation, the explanation, the quick test dive, everything was crystal clear and secure. And the dives in the sea were amazing. We took the time to see a whole lot of corals, fishes, lobsters. We also got to see turtles from really close, which I didn't expect. I'd most certainly go back to have more advanced sessions if and when I get the chance

Very genuine and passionate team! - This team made an amazing experience for us. Initial communication was quick and informative. I wanted to do a discovery dive but my wife was nervous to try. They set up a great trip where I could dive and she could snorkel above us at the reef. Tatiana and German were so patient and encouraging to make sure we had a very enjoyable day. I ended up getting certified with them this week and they were able to encourage my wife to try diving too. They took their time and made her thoroughly enjoy the experience as well. It's obvious they have an absolute passion for the sport and are genuinely interested in sharing that passion with you!

The best diving center at Puerto Morelos - Tatiana and the whole team were just amazing! I told her I am not comfortable in the water and she was so supporting and comforting that I felt totally safe. She swam right by me all the time, making sure I was feeling OK. I have been able to see hundreds and hundreds of wonderful fishes and turtles also, these dives were just amazing! I totally recommend this diving center if you are planning to dive at Puerto Morelos, it is definitely a five stars!

Scuba Public is AMAZING for Beginners - My family (5 adults, 3 kids) did a beginners class with Ramiro, Tatiana, and Uriel. They were absolutely amazing, and I could not recommend them enough. I was so excited and nervous going into the experience, being my first time scuba diving. They took time to explain and show everything thoughtfully and thoroughly, and we had such a wonderful time exploring the ocean floor. If you have ever considered trying out scuba diving, this team is perfect to take you through it!
