Great for kids - My 9 year old son and I had an awesome time. It was just the 2 of us on the boat, and the guide Jesus was great. He swam with us the entire time, took us around the reef, and pointed out so many fish we could have missed. It was my sons first time snorkeling and it couldn’t have gone any better!! And the spots were great. The water was probably less than 10 feet deep so you could see everything.

Great experience - It was a great experience for us. The water was stunning with all kinds of fishes. We saw more than 30 kinds of fishes and lobsters. The guide took us to two different sites and each site we had 45 mins of tour. Totally worth it !

Recomended - Amazing tour! We loved the snorkeling sites they took us to. 2 hours snorkeling and free time in the beach club. Transportation and meal included. I really enjoyed the tour!

Amazing new experience - It was a great experience. I didn’t expect the tour to be in two different spots and they were both amazing! The captain was very nice and help my friend that didn’t know how to swim so she could aso enjoy the reef. We’re able to enjoy the beach and had a great time also after snorkeling. Highly recommend this if you want to do something different and still hace time to explore afterwards.

Swimming with the fishies - Father son tour of the reefs to snorkel. Great tour, we saw many fish and felt very safe. One draw back were the restrooms. Beware, not the Ritz Carlton BUT you are in a quaint small Mexican village so appropriate, take hand sanitizer and wipes!

Trust worthy but not reliable. - No one showed up for pick up. We waited for more than an hour. Later found that need to book more than 24 hrs. in advance. If that is the case than why they booked our trip at first place. We lost a day. However, no issue on refund. We got the refund of whole amount.

Did Not Provide Advertised Service Then Lied About It - Reserved snorkeling tour for two for May 30, 2023 from their website that had a page specifically for our hotel in Cozumel that clearly states they would pick us up from and return us to our hotel. They sent us a confirmation email with our hotel name stating they would pick us up at the lobby there. We were waiting in the lobby well before pick up time. At pick up time we got a call from a driver wondering which hotel we were at. After some confusing we realized the driver was somewhere in mainland Mexico, not on the island of Cozumel. No one picked us up. When attempting to get a refund we were told things ranging from we were supposed to take a ferry to the mainland and meet at a pier (not the hotel pickup that was promised) to the driver showed up but we weren't in the lobby (an outright lie). The company quit responding to my requests for a refund when I included screenshots of the promised pick up at the lobby of our specific hotel. Any company that doesn't honor their advertised services and then refuses to issue refunds (and even lie about what happened) cannot be trusted.

very poor - We booked and paid in advance to be picked up at our hotel to go for snorkeling; nobody showed up and there we were: no snorkeling. They had our mobile number but nobody called us to know what we could do to go for snorkeling later on that day.
