An excursion worth the money - Had an amazing time during this excursion. Our hosts (Sergio Rafa & Cristel) were knowledgeable, amicable & easy to talk to. The only thing we wished, was that we could’ve spent more time swimming in the cenote

Long, slow, and not worth the cost or time. - It was very frustrating. The atv ride was 30 min and we spent most of it stopped waiting. That was followed by about 10 to 15 min in the cenote. After the cenote they drove us 30 min to their little private restaurant where they gave us some soup and tacos. For the tacos there was a small amount of chicken, some potatoes that they said had chorizo but you’d be challenged to see it without a magnifying glass. If you wanted anything to drink or more food it was extra. And that was another hour. All we wanted at that point was to go back to our resort for lunch. They told us it was 3 hours. It was longer. There was nothing said about the restaurant and “shopping” when we signed up. Just that there would be a snack. I guess that was the soup and taco. We couldn’t bring a camera with us anywhere because it was all “copyright” and then they wanted to charge $50 for photos, and you had to buy the full set. They recorded some video as well, that was an extra $50. It wasn’t cheap. And then they kept looking for ways to get you to spend more.
