Best Cenote Tour - A private tour to the Ruta de los Cenotes was the way to go. Our guide Angel was so knowledgeable and driver Oscar equally as wonderful. We had the cenotes to ourselves, zip line through jungle was perfect (especially if you have anyone unsure about heights) and Mayan lunch authentic. Would recommend this to anyone. We saw a couple other groups enjoying the cenotes that included elementary aged kids to seniors.

Amazing Private Tour Company - I can't say enough good things about this tour company and their guides! We did the Mayan Jungle Trek with Helios and the Chichen Itzsa tour with Claudia and Christian. They were amazing in every way. Claudia is extremely knowledgeable! It was almost like traveling with an archeologist. Helios was equally knowledgeable about the area and culture. We had a blast and learned so much at the same time. They were so accommodating and we never felt rushed. I would highly, highly recommend Kay Tours!!

Coba ruins and cenote swims - This is the second tour we have done with Kay tours. We did the Chichen Itza tour in 2018 and loved every second. Customer service and quality of tour was stellar. We returned for 2024 and chose to do the private Coba tour with cenote swims and zip line. Just as we left in 2018, our experience was 5 stars this time. Our guide was James and our driver were incredible, I am sorry I forgot his name. Just an incredible day, I can’t say enough. They arrived early and prompt for pickup and immediately very friendly and welcoming. We instantly felt connected like family. A lot of laughs and smiles today. James is incredibly knowledgeable on the history and he told us he speaks 7 languages. The Coba ruins were amazing as we got there as the first park visitors and had the place to ourselves for about 30 minutes it seemed. Nice and quiet. James took care of us with the bikes and shop after. The second half of the day was a blast. I’ve never zip lined before and my wife is afraid of heights. Then we did cenote swims in Tahkan and zip lined. Again, it felt like we had this place to ourselves for a good 2-3 hours. Only see employees and the occasional visitor. We went into a cave cenote that was filled with bats and incredible to see. We saw a spider monkey jumping tree to tree during our long walk around the paths. James entertained us with stories, information and jokes to keep us smiling. We ended the day having a delicious lunch too. Side note, our lunch was supposed to be at the zip line and cenote place but the place didn’t have it set up, likely forgot. James immediately placed some calls and arranged for us to eat lunch at a different place after the fun. Bottom line, I won’t go on any other tours in Mexico. Only Kay Tours. This was our second time using Kay Tours and both times were 5 star experiences. I wish other tour companies would take notes and see what the staff do here at Kay. We will be back for a third time some day! Thanks Kay Tours for world class customer service and tours!

One of the best tours! - Wow! All around a perfect private tour! You’re able to experience a lot of things in one tour with swimming in the cenotes, zip lining, canoeing, snorkeling, a tequila tasting, and enjoying a delicious authentic Mayan meal in Tankah Pueblo. Our guide, Mauricio, was knowledgeable, accommodating, and fun! He offered to take photos of our group for us which was a great added perk!

10/10 amazing!! - The views were amazing, but Juego made this trip even more amazing! He was super polite and made the trip such a fun adventure! The lunch was delicious, they had chicken, pork, rice, fresh guacamole, fruits and vegetables. Everything was amazing and the chicken fell right off the bone. 10/10 excursion, this is a must if you are visiting Tulum, request Juego you won’t regret it!

Amazing day visiting ruins and cenotes. - We had a wonderful day with our guide Uri who took us on a private tour to visit Tulum ruins and Cenotes in a small secluded Mayan village. The whole day was very well organized and Uri did an excellent job providing us with valuable information and historical facts. Zip-lining into a clear water cenote was so much fun! Our guide’s enthusiasm for the local culture was contagious and made us appreciate the area even more. We were picked up at our hotel and did not have to waste anytime with other pickups as this was a private tour. We will definitely seek out a tour again with this company if/when we come back to Yucatan.

An unforgettable experience - I have to say that this tour has been one of the most exciting and beautiful days of my life. Our tour-guide Ivonne was very knowledgeable in every thing regarding the mayan culture and the cenotes ecosystems. We had an amazing time the whole tour, and she was there helping us document it at every step, taking pictures, videos and guiding us throughout. Excellent!!!!

Alberto is #1 - We had a perfect day trip with a turtle swim and 4 cenotes. Everything ran super smoothly and we never felt rushed with my 6yo daughter and my 76yo mother. The driver was professionnal. Our guide Alberto was awesome, he explained everything clearly, swam dove and did everything with us. He even helped a woman from another company by diving to get her lost watch. I recommend 100%
