A must in Lanzarote! - All the main attractions are run down. In each case completely sufficient time to enjoy. The tour guide was great and consistent in 3 languages!

Great way of spending the... - Great way of spending the day while seeing highlights of Lanzarote. Convenient pick up, interesting and entertaining guide, reliable and confident driver. Diverse programme, no time to be bored. Lot of places for great photos, also camel ride was awesome. All you can eat buffet lunch for very reasonable price was good.

Interesting to hear and see, but experience often lacks - The tour was fine. You will be picked up at the bus stop at the hotel (note: this may be earlier than the specified time). The guide was very knowledgeable and told a lot about the island and its sights. These are things you can also read, but of course more fun to hear when it actually sees it. A summary of the activities:
1. The green lake and view: breathtaking. Very beautiful and impressive to see. Definitely worth it. 5/5
2. Camel trip (about 30 min): seemed like fun in itself. After reading up on camel trips in Lanzarote, I decided not to do this. In the meantime, you can go to a museum and get the gift shop or something to drink. 2/5
3. Trip through the national park. Very nice and educational. At "the Devils restaurant" we got a break and got a demonstration of how warm the ground is with a geyser. Furthermore, the bus mainly drives around with an occasional stop where you can take a picture from the bus. Impressive but a shame you can't get out. 4/5.
4. Lunch in a village down the road. Unfortunately not at the Devils restaurant was but in a town down the road. A buffet aimed mainly at tourists who don't like anything (read: fries, pasta and ice cream in plastic containers). You pay an extra 12 euros for this. If you want a plate of fries or lots of fish and chips, it's fine, but if you expect something authentic, you'll come out disappointed. Better have brought your own sandwich. 1/5
5. Wine tasting. Very interesting to hear and see how wine is grown on an island that consists mainly of lava soil.
The tasting itself was a travesty: 1 glass the size of half a shot glass. There was no explanation given about the wine and 1 kind is not really a tasting. 2/5
6. Walk through the caves. Fortunately, this one makes up for a lot. Beautiful to see the little shiny white lobsters in the water of the cave. Almost magical! The concert hall (hidden behind the pool) is also well worth it. Here you can sit for a moment and really experience the music where it looks like the music is coming from the walls. With each tone, your attention is directed to different parts of the walls. Very impressive and special! Best part of the tour. 5/5

Good tour, bad experiences - The itinerary of the tour itself was good, we met several locations on the island like Timanfaya Park, the Twins, we tasted the local wine and stayed the appropriate time at each of the stops. However, only the day before the tour was scheduled, I was informed that it was not available in Spanish. I asked if it was possible to do it in English and they said yes, so I accepted. What was my surprise when I noticed that the guide spoke Spanish. The guide explained in English, French, German, our group was 11 people, because it was not possible to explain in Spanish too? Also, at the end of the tour, we were left about 30min walk from the harbour because they said the streets were closed due to King's Day (this had not been informed before).

Fantastic landscape but too expensive service. Very average lunch is not included or the camel tour. - A little disappointing. Service too expensive for what is offered. The scenery is fantastic nonetheless and the bus very comfortable.

Rainy day - The Gran Tour should have a warning label for cruise ship passengers stating it is prohibited due to the length of time of the tour. It rained the entire tour and the national park was closed for the day. The pick up point was hard to find.

We couldn't do it because they canceled. - Fatal. The day before we were cancelled and offered to do it in another language and another date. I know you were warning on the reservation that it could happen, but it's still a nuisance.
