Good value trip - We were looking for something that was good value for money on the Galapagos- not an easy task!! However we booked this and really enjoyed it. Two different snorkel sites and three walks, all accompanied by a great guide who helped us by translating to English. We paid $45 each. The tour included Las Grietas and the guide paid the entry fees as part of our price. For us it was good value for money and a really enjoyable afternoon.

Excellent Introduciton to the Galapagos! - We really enjoyed this tour of sites near Puerto Ayora. The naturalist guide was very informative and seemed genuinely interested in sharing his love of all the wonderful animals and plant life that make the Galapagos unique. We were delighted to get up close with huge male marine iguanas, resting black tip reef sharks and beautiful blue-footed boobies.

Great Trip - This was the first thing we did the day after traveling >24 hrs to arrive to the Galapagos. It was the perfect activity since it was half a day and we were jet lagged. Our guide was Manuel, and he was knowledgeable, funny, and spoke to us in English after explaining things to the rest of the boat in Spanish. We saw blue-footed boobies, sharks, sea lions, and marine iguanas. The highlight was Las Grietas, which was extremely beautiful cold/refreshing water to snorkel and see fish. I'd recommend having good shoes that can get wet and also hike on dirt/rocks (like keens or chacos) since there were a couple spots where we got out of the boat to walk to a site.

Awesome, looking forward to returning. We were there in August of 2018. I could not reflect the date. - My nephew and I had a nice time at Darwin's Observatory, the turtles were amazing. I highly recommend walking through this park and the out on the rocks that line the shoreline behind it. Scuba diving was awesome, I went out on an older wooden sailboat in excellent condition for a wonderful 2 tank dive. We saw a number of native fish to the islands, Hammer Head Sharks and other specie's I had not seen before. Food was awesome, especially if you enjoy fresh right from the boats freshness. Hiking was great too. You were able to crawl through lava formed tunnels and walk through them too. The sites on the island were amazing. Great surfing, we caught some really nice right breaks. Waves were awesome to to big to ride. Down hill skateboarding was a treat on really smooth asphalt roads on challaging hills. Tent a bike and really your the island and beaches. This was a great trip, spent a week in this island looking to go back and sport fish and dive some of the other islands real soon.

Needs to improve. - Our guide was late to the pier, very confused. The trip is fantastic, truly. The so called "lunch" is more a snack: soda, a banana & cookies. Little details that one notices while being so far away from home. Galapagos is a paradise.

Do not use this company - We booked this tour before arriving at the island. From the pictures and the description it seems like you are getting a nice boat. When we arrived, the boat was a different one than promised. Communication with the company is not the best and they are not very responsive. The snorkeling equipment provided was not the best. We do not recommend you book with this company. Please take a look at all the bad reviews and you will see this is a reoccurring theme with the company that goes back years. The guide was not the best at all on the boat, he barely spoke English. They also charge you so much more booking online. Just wait until you arrive on the island there are always so many options.

AWFUL COMPANY - DO NOT USE BM Tours FOR ANYTHING - DO NOT use this company. All the other negative reviews are correct. The guide barely spoke English and was extremely rude. The boat was all Spanish speakers (who paid a quarter of what we paid for) and the guide was telling them in a rude way that he’d have to say everything in English as well. The company also lied that the boat and the ferry would have a bathroom. Both boats did NOT have a bathroom. It also was NOT a boat. It was a ghetto water taxi that would’ve flipped over in the rough waters. The company was trying to make us feel guilty that the tour waited 40 minutes for us due to the ferry arriving late from San Cristobal. The ferry was booked THROUGH THE SAME COMPANY - BM TOURS - and it left 1 hr 20 min late. Save your money and do not spend a dollar on BM Tours.

Not the best experience with this company - Please make sure to read the other reviews. They promise you something and then you get something completely different. They also charge you way more than if you were to wait and book on the island directly with another company. As another review mentions, they also charge the locals way way less than they charge you online for the same exact tour. BEWARE. I was just on the island and I ended up going with another company since the boat was a very small boat as all the other reviews mention. The guide was also not the best. I recommend you book with another company or wait until you arrive on the island.

Terrible Experience with this company - Make sure to not book with this company. They promise you a boat with a bathroom and then the boat was a very small boat that was dangerous to take out in choppy waters. It of course did not have a bathroom. We booked an English speaking guide and the guide barely spoke any English and he complained to the entire boat that he would have to also explain the tour in English and not just Spanish. They blamed us for being 40 minutes late to arrive on the island. But it was actually the same company's ferry that we booked that was late to arrive to the island. We recommend you do not book with this company at all.
