- MOLE POBLANO - It is a mixture of different kinds of chilies, chocolate and spices, among other ingredients.
- CHILE IN NOGADA - It consists of a roasted and peeled poblano pepper, weathered and stuffed with a stew between salty and sweet and bathed in a nut cream known as nogada.

The host will greet you at the chosen location and guide you to the dining place where a refreshing beverage will be prepared for your arrival to begin the session. You’ll receive a preliminary briefing and be handed your apron to initiate this delightful journey.
In the course of the session, the Chef will assist you in cooking the meal and finally, you’ll get to savor the dish you’ve prepared.
