Really interesting and delicious - A really enjoyable and fascinating experience. We learned what makes a high quality olive oil, we visited the trees, we tasted and then we got to eat a delicious dinner with their olive oil parings with each dish. Truly lovely.

Great experience - David and his wife were really kind and took good care of us. First part og the experience was informative and we learned what to look for in a high quality olive oil. The second part of the experience was all about good food and wine in beautiful Tuscany! I recommend this experience to everyone visiting the area!

Unforgettable Tuscan evening - The olive oil tasting was a truly enriching and enjoyable moment. David walked us through each step of the process with enthusiasm and shared his knowledge with genuine pride, even taking us to see the olive trees themselves. The dinner afterwards was amazing: a generous spread of traditional Tuscan dishes, all homemade and full of flavor. Brava Giorgia for your amazing cooking and all the work behind it, truly impressive. David made everyone feel at ease and brought the guests together in such a natural, friendly way. It felt more like a dinner among friends than a typical event. This is the kind of experience everyone should have at least once in their life. I already know I’ll be back!

We had a wondeful... - We had a wondeful experience learning about the oil growing process and business, how to identify and properly taste the oils, how to pair them with food etc. David is a charming teacher with a great mix of info and humor. Dinner was stunning and the setting a delight. This is a for sure to do item for anyone with interest in olives, food and clever small entrepreneurs.

A must do - great food and experience - We are so grateful that David was able to squeeze us in before they finished for the season. My wife and I did this experience 5 years ago and after raving about it to everyone we know, our family wanted to experience it too. The tour of the olive grove and EVOO process was so informational. We all had fun learning about the kinds of trees and attributes found in the olive oil, and tasting the oil. Dinner was also fantastic! Giorgia’s home cooked meal is always the highlight of the trip! If she turned her recipes into a cookbook, I would be her biggest supporter (here is the hint to make one!!). The view from the terrace is so lovely and relaxing, which was the perfect place to enjoy the food. The location is just a quick drive up from Montecatini Terme and it’s easy to find. We were able to buy his olive oil that was used during dinner, so make sure to get some yourself! The next time we’re in Italy, we’ll be back to visit Agriturismo Tananei - presumably with more family until all of us are professional sommeliers. Thanks again for a wonderful evening David, Giorgia, and Dog!

Fantastic olive oil experience and local dinner - David and Georgia were amazing! David did a great job explaining how olive oil is made and more importantly, how to find good olive oil. The dinner was also amazing and I really appreciated them tying in traditional Tuscan food with their olive oil.
