The meeting point is our beautiful farmhouse in Giove, Umbria (CasaleDelleQuerce on Google Maps). You're welcome to meet us here if you'd like to drive yourself, or we can pick you up at our local train station (Bomarzo-Attigliano) 5 minutes from our farmhouse (its a 50 min ride from Roma Termini)

Umbria weekend - Excellent company, wonderful passages a few steps from the eternal city We spent a great time in the company of Alex who shared his knowledge of the area and wine with us. We understood that for him, being a Sommelier is not just a profession but also a PASSION. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to all those who want to spend a few days out of town, experiment and learn new things about the Bachus drink.

Amazing experience in Umbria! - Amazing experience with Alex and Alice at Casale delle Querce! The cooking, food and wine experience was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. From the beautiful walk through Giove, to the beautiful views from the terrace at the Casale, our trip to Umbria was breathtaking. The food and wine, all sourced locally, made for one of the best meals we ever tasted. Alex is not only great at choosing and sharing wine knowledge, but is an amazing cook as well. And the pasta making with Alice was so much fun! I can’t wait to share what I learned with my family at home. If you are traveling to Rome and want to try something away from crowds, definitely book this experience. Highly recommend it!

BEST DAY EVER! - The BEST spontaneous adventure we had during our trip. We had a day with nothing left to see or do and came across Alex wine tasting tour. The four of us decided to spend the day with him and we can’t wait to do it again. The ride to Umbria, sightseeing their town and the people are fantastic. The absolute best wine, delicious food, great company, resourceful and knowledgeable in wines. Looking forward to going back in 2024. Thank you Alex & Alice for the best your experience.
