The experience of practicing Yoga in the open air, on the grass, with the melodious notes of bird songs is exceptional.
Join us at the pool of the Cruccùris Oasis at either 8:00 or 18:00, with Giuly ready with your mats or towels on the lawn. Giuly will assess your Yoga proficiency and construct custom-made lessons for the class.
Our sessions are provided at no cost to the employees of the resort hosting us. We value the importance of mental well-being and physical stability in life.

Yoga indimenticabile e per tutti, anche per i non- residenti - What a great yoga session and in a beautiful place. The yoga teacher was experienced and the lesson was set at an appropriate level for those of us who were there. Having the beautiful garden and swimming pool as a setting was very relaxing. The Hotel is like a little oasis in the Sardinian countryside- absolutely charming and very welcoming. I will most certainly be returning while I am in Villasimius as an English ex- pat. The price of the session is a good value considering that an aperitivo is included too.
