Splendida! - Chef Asia communicated with us before we arrived and made arrangements to come to our accommodations. She arrived promptly and took over the kitchen. Our group of four prepared 3 pastas (with instruction). They were cooked with Asia’s sauces. The meal was delicious. The chef entertained us with delightful stories throughout. Dessert of tiramisu was fabulous. We had plenty of leftovers to enjoy for the rest of the week. Highly recommended activity. You won’t regret it!

Delicious food and an amazing class - We had Silvia for 3 nights, one including a pasta class. All the food was delicious. Silvia was really accommodating with one pescatarian and one gluten free desk, making extra meals when required. The pasta class was lots of fun and was delicious when we got to eat it. Silvia also make her own gluten free dough, which was delicious. We highly recommend Silvia. She is a great chef and is kind and attentive.

- We had the absolute pleasure of spending an afternoon with Asia, and it was the highlight of our trip! She taught us how to make three different types of pasta from scratch. What really stood out was how she brought the science, history and culture around the food to life, which made the experience really rich. After our hands-on session, Asia switched hats and became our private chef, making fresh sauces to pair with each pasta, and a tiramisu. One of our party has an allergy to nuts, and she was really thorough and thoughtful in ensuring the recipes were adjusted, checking in about different ingredients when needed, to check our friend could eat them. She also took loads of wonderful photos (so we could focus on the cooking!), and later shared them along with a detailed recipe guide so we can recreate everything at home. She even encouraged us to reach out for local recommendations, which was such a lovely touch. Can’t recommend this experience highly enough! Thank you, Asia, for making it so special

A Tuscany memory that lasts - Our cooking class with Asia was the highlight of our visit to Tuscany. We were 9 people and 3 generations of family and Asia guided us all to the best meal we've had. Her skill and patience introduced us all to talents with pasta we never knew we had and the experience will be cherished for the rest of our lives.

A Wonderful Experience in Val d’Orcia - We had a truly lovely time cooking with Asia in Val d’Orcia. I joined the class with my family, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Asia is kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The recipes were simple, delicious, and easy to follow. Perfect for enjoying together. A special touch was getting to taste her own wine, Tuttomio, which was excellent and complemented the meal beautifully. It was more than just a cooking class, it felt like sharing a genuine moment of Tuscan life. We’re really grateful for the experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Unforgettable Pasta-Making Experience with Asia! - Our evening with Asia at our villa in Tuscany was one of the true highlights of our trip! From the moment she arrived, she brought warmth, joy, and positive energy to the kitchen. We loved learning traditional pasta-making techniques, hearing her wonderful stories, and then enjoying the incredible meal she prepared using the pasta we made together. The pastas, paired with her own beautifully balanced wine label, Tuttomio, were absolutely delicious—easily the best we had in Italy! She also prepared a lovely aperitivo with Prosecco and ended the meal with a fantastic tiramisu. Asia’s passion for Italian cooking is contagious, and we’ll cherish both the memories and the recipes forever. We truly hope to cook with her again soon! Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tuscany. Grazie mille, Asia, for an unforgettable evening!

Tuscany Cortona July 2025 - Asia prepared five 4-5 course meals for our group of seven. We developed the daily menus from a list of dishes she normally prepares. She shops for the food and prepares the meals. Everything was superb. She explains the dishes, their preparation and cultural history. We were Italians from Tuscany for a week. Her charm and personality added a special dimension to the experience.

Chef and Foodie - Excellent chef. Full repertoire of recipes and full of information on the food, the region the background of it all. She gets along with everyone and is very easy to deal with. The presentation of the food was a class act and the kitchen in the villa was left immaculate. WE were blessed to have her as our chef and would highly recommend her to our friends.
